I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai that I purchased from - MB

I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai that I purchased from Orleans Myers in the Spring of 2019 with 26K on it. In the Fall, November 16, 2023, with 51,000km on the car, Myers said that the rear brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. I had the work done. My total bill was $785.89 Today, June 2024 -- 6 months later! I bring the car in as I can sense the back breaks are off. I was informed by Nissan that my rear brakes need to be 'serviced and machine rear rotors' for $380 plus tax. This is 6 month slater! My car is at 55,441K That's 4K of driving in 6 months . When I asked why this happened, I was told that it’s because I don’t drive my car enough and I should have my breaks serviced regularly What is regularly? Every month? When I asked if this was still on the warranty and could they service the breaks at no cost I was told no because the issue was not with my breaks, but because if me and the fact that I don't drive enough and don't service the breaks regularly. I was made to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. They also said I need new front breaks and rotors. Insane. It begs the question what kind of breaks is Nissan Myers putting on their cars. I have brought my car to Myers for all my services. Zero Customer loyalty.

Was in for service for my 2014 Beetle GSR today. While waiting I asked receptionist if there was an Atlas in the showroom. She directed me to the one in the showroom. I opened doors to check it out. Looks really nice. Was at dealership for two hours and nobody approached me about my interest in the Atlas. Im looking at replacing my Acura MDX and I already have 4 VW’s including a ‘68 Beetle and a ‘74 Westfalia. I have been in sales for 20 years and I’m surprised that no initiative was taken to at the very least ask if I wanted any more information.

Brought my vehicle to the dealership to replace a broken turn signal and thought I would allow them to do my oil change while it was there. Only to discover the following day, the cover plate was not screwed back on securely and began to drag on the floor. Ruined my weekend plans as I had to return on a Saturday morning to get this fixed. No attempt to make up for the mistake except to offer a car wash. What ever happened to customer service? Not planning to bring my vehicle back here unless I really need to.

Great car, bought for my wife to replace her subaru, the sales experierence was great this time, walked out trying to buy a used car 2 yrs earlier. The issue I have is with service and the constant up selling, my wife went for regular scheduled service, they tried to talk her into "maintenace service" @ $450.00, fast forward to 20k service and now the car needs front brakes to the tune of $1000.00, had we done the "maintenance service" quote "they might have been able to go to bat for us" to have the brakes covered under warranty, no such luck now. Since when do brakes only last less than 20k km? They typically last 50k minimum and I have a 2017 jetta that still has it factory brakes at 104k km. Be very carefull when having any service done at this dealership, i/we will NEVER ever go back there for service.

What a scam, be aware of non oem parts will be installed at this dealership to your vehicle without telling you, and try to cover it with paperwork that you signed or lie about the OEM part is 3 months away. I don't understand how this dealership get away from Dodge Ram head office, how is non oem parts is allowed to be installed at the official dealership, how is third-party installer can work on behalf of official dealership without my permission, I paid for the dealership to work on my truck but they turn around get someone to work on it. You can imagine they profile it from subletting works. What a scam.

Went in for a $105.00 oil change with a 10% discount off letter from the service manager. When I showed the letter clearly stating 10% discount, he adjusted the bill to 5% off labor and 5% off materials calling that 10% discount. I paid $121.82 total with tax with the 5% and 5% discount. When I got home, I never received a copy of my invoice, so I called back to the service manager and questioned him about the discount. I was tolled 5% on labor and 5% on material equals 10% total and was very adamant about it. I guess that's some kind of new math. I had to call twice to get my receipt and finally got after the second call 4 days later. Looking over my invoice I have no idea how everything came to the total of 121.82 with taxes with any kind of discount. I have purchased 2 vehicles from this dealership and can't bring myself to going to that dealership again because I feel that they are not straight up with customers. Sure, it's only a few dollars but what about people that spend a few thousand dollars and are supposed to get discounts. Are they being confused with all kinds of jargon to confuse them.

I have been dealing with Niagara Motors since 2013 when I purchased my 2013 Buick Encore. I can honestly say they have provided exceptional service from day one. Any issue I have dealt with they have handled in a professional, honest and extremely friendly manner. They provide an atmosphere of honesty and comfort while treating all customers equally deserving of the best service possible. They have always supplied me with means of transportation when required and have always gone the extra mile to assure my satisfaction. Worse experience ever! - Disturbed

When looking to purchase a new Jeep patriot the sale person was no help at all. They only had black ones and we wanted colour. Was sent on our way with no help, left to fend for ours selves we found a nice orange one in Sundridge. Now dealing with the do the bare minimum service department is a nightmare. Seems they did minimum work to hold off till the warranty was up. Jeep less than 5 years old now and we have been fighting for service the whole time!
