Just a shout out to Kathie Foster in particular (yes, the cat lady) who exemplifies what excellent service and commitment to the customer experience should look like. We had some problems with Hyundai Canada and Kathie came on board and championed our situation. I am not a very approachable person and don't like to have my personal space invaded. It's just who I am. Kathie got/gave a hug today. If the enormity of this is lost on you, then I can only try to understand.

Never will i deal with these lowlifes again.It hurts after the many years i entrusted them with my car that they started to finesse me. 50-100 part 5x more to put it in.When i asked a manager being a senior if he could give me a break i see they charged me 150 more.The lesson learned? I had 5 hondas and NEVER EVER had a 1- 3000 repair Folks save yourself some cash and avoid this dealership unless your name is Trudeau.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year. When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount. I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service". Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing? Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

The body shop person Patrick did such amazing job for me . and would recommend anyone to see them before call any other collision center . I want to draw attention to the supportive assistance provided by the team at the Stratford Hyundai, Service Department. Last week I noticed a concerning message on my instrument panel. I was sure I had mistakenly pushed some button to get this message. I went to my local dealership but given I did not have an appointment with a technician they were too busy to look at my car. I called Stratford Hyundai where I purchased my car and they immediately provided support: Tim tried to problem solve with me over the phone but I was not able to get this message off my instrument panel. I asked if it would be possible for someone at the service department to look at my car if I came to Stratford. Tim advised yes, a technician could look at my car. I live an hour from Stratford and when I arrived Meg ,the technician, immediately came out to my car and showed me what button I had accidentally pushed. Meg also showed me how to correct this problem. This process took 5-10 minutes. Later that day Tim text me to find out if I was satisfied with the resolution of the problem. Tim and Meg went above and beyond to provide assistance and support. I’m glad I purchased my car at Stratford Hyundai, but instead of changing to my local dealership I continue to drive the hour to the Stratford dealership because of their Service Department which is dedicated to providing assistance to customers. When it’s time for me to purchase a new car I will do so at Stratford Hyundai, given I know the quality of service and support I have always received over the past 6 years that I have been attending the Service Department for regular car maintenance. Thank you again Tim and Meg for taking the time to help me and ensuring that I was satisfied that the problem had been resolved to my satisfaction. Sincerely Very Satisfied Customer

Very Happy with Surgenor Hyundai They replace a damage exhaust flex pipe when it should been done and fix by where i bought the car in Gatineau Hull Hyundai while they said they would not fix because of the damage what can they understand it was damage when i pick the car on my second oil change i deside to stop at a oil changer they told me there was a oil pan leak and flex pipe damage plus there was a lot of mud ask the Dealer to clean it but nothing was done by the Gatineau Hyundai dealer where i purchased the vehicle ......
