The service staff including but not limited to Jason Cook and Kyle Darke have been fantastic to deal with, always ensuring that our vehicle is at its peak performance while Jason Darling is always available to assist us with our needs from parts! Have attended 6 times for service and tired of waiting for completion within the advised times. Waited 2 hours for an oil change and an unwashed car. Going elsewhere.

This is in regards to CarMax Hyundai in Lindsay Ontario. Hyundai Canada, you need to do better. Avoid this dealership at all costs! Got a flat tire, called the dealership to see if it's covered under warranty, they said yes so I had it towed there. Confirmed with them it's under warranty at the dealership. Two days later I get a call saying the tire is on, but sorry it's not covered under warranty so it's going to be over $300. Then the manager Colin says he will give it to me at his cost which is $250 plus tax. After talking to another tire shop, I found out the cost of the tire is $185. When I asked the manager why the other tire shop was so much cheaper he responded with he has labour costs included in his price. He wanted to charge me labour for a job I did not give him permission to do. Omvic and consumer protection both said that in Ontario a dealership has to give you a estimate and get your permission before doing the work. They did neither. On top of all this while they had the vehicle for two days they didn't complete the recall that was on the vehicle even though I had asked them to. Avoid them at all cost!!! To the manager and sales person I dealt with, I expected better, I have purchased 3 cars from you in the last 18 months, I will never again so I hope you are happy with the $215 you got today in service.

The Service team is friendly, that is where my praise stops. I have my tires stored with them and they said it would be 4 weeks before we could get them installed (they are already mounted on rims), totally unacceptable. I changed the tires in my driveway in the snow after picking up the tires at the dealership. It took 45 minutes for me to pick up the tires since all the service advisors were with customers, on the phone, or just nowhere to be found. I've also been here for simple oil changes which last anywhere from 2-4 hours (with an appointment) The last and final straw leading to this review is while swapping the tires in my driveway, I discovered the wrong lug nuts had been installed on the summer rim/tires and we're nowhere near the torque specs required. They used the tapered lug nuts instead of the flat lug nuts to match the profile of the rim. Totally amateur and 100% unacceptable. I dread going here for service.

Their Service department is terrible. 2023 Hyundia Tuscon Hybrid purchased new at another dealer because the wait time for a new one was 16months according to the salesman. Never had a problem with the dealer I purchased from but it was a rather lengthy trip for service (oil) etc. but made the trip because I was not happy with the Collingwood service Department. While making a trip home, all the error lights came on the front screen AT LEAST 20, AND then the emergency brake light came on when I parked the vehicle so I called the nearest service department,(Collingwood) and was told that they could not even consider taking this vehicle in for repair (down a Tech) and when I talked to the General Manager(Collingwood) I was told to take it back to "where you bought it " (We don't have time) then he suggested that I take it to another "newer" dealer because they might not be as busy !! Well, I called my dealer in Owen Sound, told them about the issue and the treatment in Collingwood and they called CAA had the Vehicle on a Flat bed for delivery to them and then supplied another vehicle to be used until they can find the error issue and repair mine. STAY AWAY from this DEALERSHIP in Collingwood. Nobody needs these attitudes and the problems they create for purchasers

On April 21 I went to Cooksville Hyundai for a routine service and winter tire swap. During the service, one of their staff damaged my Santa Fe by taking a turn badly and scraping it off the wall. The dealership promised to fix it but said they needed time to arrange for a loaner car. Long story short, It is June 6 and they have done nothing. The keep saying they have not been able to arrange for a loaner car. A car dealershipo can't find a car for me to use for something that was their fault????? Numerous emails, text messages and phone calls are not responeded to. It is like they do not exist. I have been there multiple times and get the same story that they can't find a car. Contacted Head Office and they are no better. They said they would contact the dealership to resolve the issue and get back to me in 3-4 days. Over a week later and not a word and they also do not respond when I try and get hold of them. Like my car but the customer service is a disgrace.

one of the best dealerships I ever had to deal with. everyone stand out at this dealership but one person that I would like to thank very much is Billy the service managers for always taking care of my car and explaining the problems it has. I have to say that every one is friendly and is always willing to help. great service a 5 star is not enough for this dealership. Clean friendly atmosphere and a great team in service.

Very good sales people. Helpful patient and curtious. Service dept. Is the worst that I have used. Service manager is good. Battery was dead after a few hours of charging got it going bought $435. Battery but they wouldn't install it for 4 more days even after I said it was a breakdown We live in the country and needed the car. Saved $40. And did it myself
