This my first review after many years. I have bought a second owner vehicle from them several years ago and only later became aware the car had been lowered by the original owner, which was not disclosed when I purchased it. A little deceptive! That became a maintenance problem and also a problem when I resold it.... Just recently after a routine oil changes, the next day my blower motor was making a noise. Apparently, they removed my interior air filter to inspect it and allowed whatever was on it to drop down into the blower, as well as I soon found out, they left the remaining leaf on top of the filter. Not very courteous! As much as they had the right to inspect it, they created a problem, that I am stuck with. But for about $70 I'm told, they can clean it. Wonderful client service...FYI.. Honda has other locations!
Just an update...it's been about a week and as of today I have not received a formal response from Honda Canada or Honda Georgetown. Since the problem was created I've avoided using my fan which is another inconvenience. After having owned as many as 8 Honda vehicles from other dealerships and one used Accura from Georgetown, as well as more oil changes than I can remember, I would expect a better outcome...
