Brought 2021 new Cadillac Escalade in for first oil change. Service department said it would be 1.5 hours. I returned closer to 2 hrs later and car wasn't even touched. No phone call, no courtesy and when I asked for my car back, they just said sorry? No follow-up, no phone call, zero courtesy. I will not return to this dealership- ever. Period!

Be careful of the service. They super inflate repair charges. While I can’t prove it I think they sabotage my engine in hopes I would return to get something serviced for a problem they probably caused. A local garage found the problem within 5 minutes. Whereas they told me to comeback if the code comes back.

Just had a service done...a downgrade from what I have experienced over the past two years...work order specified set tire pressures to spec...was not done. Times I was given for completion of work were way off. When I got carback I had to adjust rear view mirror, seat, steering wheel...never had to do that before. Shows a lack of attention to detail....not the City of old.

I recently had a truck alighnment for a shaking wheel. My trusted mechanic referred me to Cowan's. He asked if they took the vehicle out for a test drive prior and after the alignment. Sadly they did not, We were hoping that this would be a quick fix and that they would be able to tell us their thoughts. As an owner its important to have the technician take the time to explain their findings.

Worst service ever had!! First I was told my truck was ready for pick up because issues were fixed. I get the keys start to leave truck goes back into limp mode so the truck was back into service area and needed to stay to get it fixed. I waited for two hours for a shuttle and I had to call for another ride because shuttle service was way too long. They offered to pay a rental as my truck was in the shop for repairs and as I got the text saying my truck was ready for pick up, I called and was informed they are not paying for the rental they offered. Not a happy customer

Service did an oil change that was not mention and want $322 as still have 4,000 km left and 2 months left. Was supposed to do just the recall that were required. There was no mention on the paperwork about service and should see it was not do for the truck. Now i have no truck because of their screw up. Screen shot shows no service was needed only recall stuff ......

Biggest mistake I have ever made buying my truck there from day one it has been problem first I had a dent and scratch on it the first day I got I brought it back and they fixed it NOT I got it back with more scratches and my cluster fogged out to the point where I couldn’t see my Km while I drove at night 2nd week my transmission started slipping and all Chris could tell me is the car has to get used to my driving xxxxxxxxx other people who have the same truck have no complaints I have had the same problem for nine months now still have all the scratches my brakes are acting up on me locking I almost got into an accident because my truck stopped in the middle of traffic my emergency brake locked while I was driving I would tell Chris that and he just kept looking at me like I was an alien 👽 with snakes in my hair went in for an oil change and they scratched my truck some more when I called out Chris about it all he could say stop being so dramatic mind you this is my first brand new truck and I wanted to keep it new as long as I could but from the first day I have been cheated out of the experience of purchasing a new truck

Quoted me $180 for a battery plus installation when I got there to pick up the car it was $360 for the Battery Plus $120 for installation never go back here again they are total ripoffs they do not follow up with phone calls they just ignore you
