My husband had a recall on our GMC Acadia. Jessie Saini our service advisor was not only professional while looking after us, but went above and beyond to ensure our vehicle would be completed by the end of the day (even after running into a few snags along the way). My husband need our vehicle for first thing the next morning to take me to a doctors appointment. While this might not seem too important to most, it was extremely important to us. Since I am flaccid on the left side of my body (due to 3 strokes ) and my electric wheelchair was in the back of our vehicle. Without my wheelchair I cannot get around at all. So the seriousness of not having my wheelchair for my appointment the next morning would have made it impossible for me to attend. But thanks to Jessie and everyone working alongside with Jessie, allowed our vehicle to be completed and my husband could still pick up even though the shop was technically closed! Thank to everyone at Old Mill Cadillac Chevrolet Buick for being an exceptional team!!!! May Santa take extra good care of you all this year!!!!!

Shuttle A+ Service desk, not very knowledgeable. Nice and polite. Asked how long service would be, told 45 minutes by one advisor and the other stated at least 2 hours. Unaware of extended warranty on my vehicle, thinking that should be flagged in your system especially if the car purchased at your dealership

But others’ one Star review hurts me a lot for sure they are not genuine or may be ….. Roy Foss offers the best sales and service in tiwn for which for the last two years I have applied for Salesperson too. I know Toyota Newmarket up to Porsche JP Downtown and Shahin the owner of DAG . Customers are like patients, GM like Surgeon and Roy Foss Thornhill like the best nursing team to support patients, as after sales means more than the sales itself. Thanks the management, Nick my salesman whom I purchased several cars from him from Camaros , Corvette for a friend, …..and now my Blazer with Jacky’s support. And Service the manager, David as an advisor and gorgeous Lauren to close the service. While waiting enjoy the best coffee in town.🙏

Do NOT. I have a Buick. They did not fix my car, and in fact they did not understand what the problem was. IT'S A BUICK. They didn't know what was wrong with a BUICK. That didn't stop them from charging me though. When the problem resumed 2 months later, their response was indifference. No accountability, no ability.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!
