Been going here for 20 years and will never go back again the service was xxxx and they treated my wife like she was just a women that knows nothing. Trying to charge us for work that was under warranty. The manager was the biggest dick in the work and has no idea how to take care of people just like the people in the parts department. I would tell everyone to stay away from that place .

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I have been a loyal McAlpine Ford Customer for over 25 years purchasing new vehicles and regularly servicing them at this location. Today I took my 2016 Explorer in for a routine safety check. I was told that the tires would require replacement within a few months but that everything else was in great shape so we were good to head out on a road trip. I drove the vehicle 10 minutes up the road to my office and parked it. I did not hit a single bump on the way. An hour later I started the vehicle and clearly there was a muffler malfunction. I returned immediately to the dealership assuming that something had been dislodged in the course of their inspection. I was told that the flex pipe needed to be replaced. The service man insisted that it could not have anything to do with the service provided. It is very curious that I have never had ANY indication of muffler malfunction. It is also curious that if the flex pipe were 10 minutes away from complete malfunction that whoever had the car on the hoist would have cleared the vehicle for a road trip. I suppose such coincidences are possible, but I find it hard to believe that the exhaust was not impacted in some way during the course of the inspection. I will not be returning to McAlpine Ford for service or to purchase my next vehicle. So ends my 25 year association with this dealership.

I came to the dealership on the way to Michigan for a tire repair. Pete got me in for service extremely quick. As I was waiting for my truck I ran into Jay. We chatted and and he asked if I wanted to trade my truck in. I said I had not planned on it. But low and be hold he put together a deal I could not refuse. So the story goes,You go in for a leaky tire and come out with a new vehicle.Would you not want to deal with a dealership that treats you like you are almost family.

I purchased a 2019 Ford F150 truck through Tim.  The sale went smoothly but I wasn't  told the truth about the trucks capabilities.    Being a woman and knowing nothing about motors and gear ratios, I was relying on my salesman to be honest with me which he wasn't.  The truck has the wrong gear ratio in the rear end for what I need.  When I sent an email complaining,  I was totally ignored.  Very poor customer service in my opinion. In addition to that the truck has a motor issue....it burns oil!  This  was a common problem with the 2018 V8 5L motors but at the time of purchase, I was 100% assured that this problem had been fixed with the 2019.models.  Wrong, this truck has the problem.  Ford has said they will fix at their expense but before they do,  I have the headache of going back and forth to the dealer to have the oil checked by their mechanic to prove the problem exists.    I bought a new vehicle because I didn't want to have the headache of the repairs you encounter with older vehicles.  I would never purchase from Moynes again.

Car was in for repair. Loner car was booked but not there. Repair was fine but costly. You could treat seniors much better. Very angry. Sloppy handling of situation. So much for customer loyalty of 30years.

Sketchy, If Not Illegal - Matt

Living in town, and wanting to buy local, I contacted Northern Ford for a quote on a specific truck. Of course, they didn't have it anymore and quoted me on something kind of similar. Living in a town with many older ones who either can't, or can't be bothered, to look for a good price, I'm sure Northern Ford gets away with their insane prices, but for me, a short trip out of town to save $2500 was well worth it and so I took my business elsewhere. Then things got really ugly. I took the truck in for warranty work and they refused to honor the warranty. They also refused to explain why in writing. I was told to "take it back to where I bought it." Oh and did I mention they charged my credit card without permission? Awful. Stay away.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. From their rude Auto Service secretary, Tammy, to their dizzyingly incompetent mechanics, there are no obvious redeeming qualities at this Auto shop. I came in about my windows. They fixed one and didnt touch the rest and gave me a bill of over 500. I complain and I'm asked back and charged AGAIN $316 for their dianostic work and labour which should have been done during the FIRST diagnostic work if they had any semblance of a sequence of operation. AND they left me with a window that is worse now than before and not even road safe! Find an honest mechanic in your neighbourhood! NEVER AGAIN.

Extreme disappointment! - Steveblair

Extreme disappointment! They put my car through the car wash and ripped a piece of the door off and I was told to go through my insurance. I went for an oil change and had 6 on file from when I bought my car. They said that was never on file and couldn't find my bill of sale proving it. Removed my antenna and left it on my passengers seat when I went for the oil change. I called the service manager twice on consecutive days with no return call. I emailed the GM with the same result. I will be going to another ford dealership in town where customer service means something. Beware buyers!

I brought my Ranger in for a soft Brake pedal. - 45red

I brought my Ranger in for a soft Brake pedal. I was told "Everything is in Spec" and there is nothing they can do. Not satisfied with what I consider unsafe brakes, I did a little research on-line and apparently this is a huge problem with this vehicle. I found a video on how to fix this issue. I sent it to the Service Department at Paul Price Ford and asked them if they could carry out this fix for me. they said sure bring it in next week. Well I brought it in again, and again they told me the same thing, "It's all in Spec". My question was "Did you actually do what was asked you to do?" No they didn't. they did they dame thing as the first time which was SFA. Complete waste of 3 hours. If you want work done that you ask to be done, DO NOT TAKE IT TO PAUL PRICE FORD.
