I recommend you go elsewhere. Our van was broken into while on their lot and they charged us for the repairs. Also added $100 labour for changing a fuse. They only want to make money. No customer appreciation at all.

We bought an F-150 from an Ottawa dealer but tried a dealer for our servicing that was closer to home. After the first time, no one else touched my truck until I traded it in recently. Sadly the Ford Super Duty did not meet our needs, but if we could have, we would have bought it here. Their service desk is the best!

Sales department great, but the service department not so much. I had a frozen latch repaired last winter under a GSP issued from Ford Canada. This year my latch froze up again, this was supposed to be solved under the recall but I had to pay for something that wasn't fixed the first time. To add insult my work order stated that my door latches could continue to freeze.

The entire dealership was quite rude to my mother, with the owner stating "you're not from around here, you should take your business somewhere else" The service department improperly did a warranty repair on my mother's vehicle AC by not putting enough coolant in, after taking vehicle to another dealership, their service department confirmed the Exeter location made an error causing the AC to fail again. The repair was done after the dealership was called by Ford Canada, regarding a customer service complaint, so have to assume it was done improperly on purpose. The dealership refuses to pay for their mistake and Ford Canada has become involved, telling the owner he is not giving very good customer service, and has been asked by the new dealership to cover the cost, to which he replied "I don't care, that lady is crazy" Stay away if you want your car fixed properly, or courteous service.

We have been dealing at Expressway off and on for years. Several different vehicles. Always treated fairly and respected. Miss having Andrew on the service desk as he was always the absolute best to deal with. Strongly recommended.

OVER THE TOP SERVICE - carowner

Brought my 2010 ford truck in to rectify a noise coming from the rear differential. I asked the service department to change the fluid to hopefully resolve the problem. After leaving the truck there I went home. Later the service department called me to inform me that after looking over the differential with a stethoscope and checking the bearings that it was not the problem at all but the tires causing the noise. I was then picked up by their shuttle service to collect my truck. Being quite prepared to pay for their work, I was pleasantly surprised they were not charging me anything! Please note that the truck was not purchased from this dealership. I must also mention that the service person ( Jerry Meneray ) was very accommodating. This experience has convinced me to make my next purchase from Lambton Ford.

This is not a 5 star service. I have been coming here for over 5 years. The service has gone downhill. I had a scheduled works package on my Lincoln. Could not take my car in so my 19 year daughter took it in. She waited 3 hours and was asked to authorize $$$ of unnecessary repairs like $$ cabin air filters and servicing wheel hubs. Any experienced manager would realize she is not the vehicle owner. Not an honest establishment anymore. Take your care elsewhere.

I have a 12 year old Ford Fusion that I purchased at Pickering Ford just prior to my retirement. I return yearly for check-ups and again today returned as I thought I might have a problem and after two hours I was told all is well with my car and there would be no charge. I LOVE this dealership. They treat me very well every time and even during COVID they drove to my home picked up my car, serviced it and returned it later that day. I am a disabled senior on fixed income and I always receive the best service. BRAVO Formula Ford Pickering, keep up the great work.

Made an appointment for my truck with a detailed description about the issue ,and the things I have had done to try to correct the problem. I was assured by Fraser Ford they would spend the almost 2 hours I paid for to find the problem. They spent 10 min instead and assured me they had found the problem. To make a long story short, I paid a big bill and not only was the problem never fixed, they also caused me more problems with very poor workmanship. We went back 3 times to test drive with the manager to show the problem that was caused. It was shocking that I had to act as the mechanic. I would not recommend taking any vehicle there. The truth is they are not honest, and not knowledgeable .

Many issues with maintenance. Mainly Jen at the counter. Very rude and had issues on 6 specific occasions where things were forgotten, parts on my vehicle were broken and when identified they didnt want to own up to breaking the part. In another instance dismissed me when I indicated that there was a fix for a USB port that I found on line. Told me I didn’t know what I was talking about. I ended up going to see the parts counter where they found the part for me.

BUYER BEWARE...Brought my car in and was quoted nearly $700.00 for tire rod repair.($419.97 for labour!!) Took it to another mechanic was charged $70.00 and was told tire rods were fine, had a loose break pad. Saved myself over $600.00. Rude service, and lost all trust in this "Family run" business. NEVER AGAIN. ( AND was told I could not speak with the mechanic who worked on my car...just the receptionist...unheard of!! )

I’ve been a service customer for many years and diligently maintain my lightly driven 2017 Expedition as well as previous Fords and at whatever the cost. In the last couple of years I’ve found disconcerting upselling of unnecessary services ( according to Ford’s maintenance guide). This last time (and it is the last time at this dealership), it was recommended I replace spark plugs at 40,000km earlier than the Ford guide. Also suggested throttle body maintenance, again nothing in the maintenance schedule although google search came up with 120,000km., which is my vehicle’s actual km. In reality, the vehicle just needed oil/filter and running board maintenance. I also had an annoying ceiling rattle that had been addressed at no charge on a previous visit and I asked that it be looked at again because the problem persisted. Quoted $645 with no indication that work would be guaranteed. You would think that a long-term customer who has spent upwards of $10,000 on service in last 4 years would be treated a little better. Actual mechanical services have generally been fine…….service advisors……have lost my trust.
