I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

I highly recommend White Oaks Collision Centre for all body work on your vehicle. Ask for Jordan Reed, he’s great, polite and most accommodating. Their staff is efficient and do great work. I highly recommend this company if you want an A1 job done.

Incompetent. - Rkearl

Incompetent. I picked up my car and drove it 2 hours home. They call me the next day and ask me to bring it back, they left the security pod in there and needed it back. After some arguing because of the distance I was away from them I agreed to take it back in exchange for a free oil change. When it was time for the oil change, they told me that a car I bought from them wasn't in the system and they wouldn't honor the oil change. So this dealer cost me about 6 hours of my time and all I get is an empty gas tank.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

They called me about a couple recalls, set me up for Saturday 8 am. I rearrange my schedule to make it work, arrange for a ride home while work being done. I live 45 minutes away round trip. I arrive and am told that I’m not in the schedule and that they don’t do recall work on Saturdays. I explain to the miserable old guy in service that his people CALLED ME and arranged this. He just shrugs his shoulders aka I don’t care. I find the lady that called me, she admits that she scheduled my appointment but can’t even seem to find the words to say ‘sorry’. Another shoulder shrug. I ask for a manager, she tells me the miserable old guy is ‘basically’ the manager today. This is not the first time I’ve had a negative experience here with the service department, however it will be the last. I will never darken another doorway at Georgetown Chrysler Ram.
