In my opinion u might as well have a xxxxxx or a grade nine auto shop work on your truck. Complain about truck missing after I bought it they said it was fine then 5000 after warranty was over the transmission went Darren said I never complained about it must have slipped his memory. Then after it was fixed got it home n there was oil everywhere they did not even tighten the xxxxty hose clamps they put on after taking off the factory high pressure ones. It was not a great day at algoma Chrysler

Absolutely horrible experience here I came in to get my back brakes and callipers changed and I paid over $1000 and a day later when I was driving my front left tire flew off going down the 404 Highway. They told me it would be $2500 to repair it and it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t take the front tires off. After checking with my mechanic friend I came back to them and told them they must have taken it off because they had to have taken the tires off in order to install the calliper. Their tune changed and they offered to repair the damage they were responsible for at cost. When I got the car back they told me that there was a ball bearing issue on the front right side now that had nothing to do with the mistake they had made before. I brought it to another mechanic and they informed me that in fact it had directly to do with their responsibility and repairing it in the first place. So the shop lied to me multiple times made me go six days without a car put me in a very dangerous position going full speed and losing a wheel down the highway and made me spend additional cost to fix their mistake. If you would like service like this, please go to this dealership.

Don’t expect to get good customer service. Service manager is so rude. Literally has the biggest attitude on the planet! I am disappointed with my purchase. Has never stopped having issues since purchased. Shame I have to keep dealing with them.

Purchased a truck that had a lift on it brand new. Was told it had full warranty. The upper ball joints failed at 40000k. The company that the dealer used to install the lift, they told me went bankrupt and that the warranty was with them not the dealer even though I purchased the truck from them right off the show room floor. They ignore all calls. I had to pay for it all. Once they are done with the deal they leave you to fend for your self.

I have had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in several - UNSATISFIED

I have had to bring my Jeep Grand Cherokee in several times for recalls. The last recall was a relay pump. They really missed up the sensors. I could not get my gas tank to open then a few days later I lost power steering on the 401. Of coarse I had to take it back several times. They charge close to 130.00 an hour. Very poor service and they have mostly people being trained to be a mechanic. The owner would not take responsibility. At one time during arguing with me he stated " You listen to me young lady". Very rude.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I want to give 0 if I can. The manager of the service department is horrible, very rude and not helpful. Don’t bother ask anything, he gets very frustrated and annoyed with simple questions. I’ve never had such a bad experience with any other place. Take your car somewhere else and save yourself the headaches.

I would give 0 if I could. Each time I go for service I ask what my bill would be BEFORE they start. Then I end up with a bill several hundred dollars higher than what was quoted. Today the bill was just under $1000 when I just went in for a regular oil change. They recommended some items and I said no it is too expensive. In the end I agreed to the oil change and one other service that they said would be around $250. In total the bill should have not been more than $400-500. It was more than double. This has never happened with any of my previous cars at any other dealership.

I recently bought a used vehicle from Busters. The worst customer service I ever experienced. I purchased the vehicle in June and have been back 6 times for repairs. Not once did anyone reach out and apologize for the total inconvenience this has caused me. I practically begged for an apologize last time I called. From purchasing the vehicle (not ready when promised, 7 days later) to all the problems I'm having now I have not been compensated for any of my time. I believe that since I am a woman and bought used MY business is not important to them. I will Never recommend Bustard Chrysler Waterloo to anyone I know or ever purchase another vehicle from them. Worst Customer Service Ever.

Had roadtest with young techy named Jake to reproduce strange transmission issue. Learned more about my new Jeep in 20min from this techy than in 2hr with original salesman at other dealership. It was unknown manual shifter that caused problem, learned how to correct. Awesome service and am definitely coming back!

I recently had major warranty work done on my truck. Casey and all of the service department went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and everything was 100%. I drive from tecumseh just to get the outstanding and honest service. I would not go anywhere else.

we bought 3 rams from Chenier motors never had good service except for when Jason was still there. Now we bought one from Superior Dodge in Sault Ste Marie the sale person there is awesome. We bought extended warranty to make sure any Mopar garage would be able to service it anywhere... Chenier motor here in Timmins they say our truck is not under warranty because we got a lift kit installed by a Mopar garage in the Sault... like really Chenier wake up and give customer service like your suppose too. we will never buy from them ever again. or get any kind of service done at Chenier's. the owners don't seem to care and the employees don't seem to care either

I lost a credit card down inside the hatch of the "super console" in my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. I called the service department to enquire about having them retrieve it for me. The service advisor, who I believe was named Sara, informed me that it would be a one hour labour charge of $119 for them to get it out. I did a quick google search and figured out how to do it myself and it took less than one minute to get the card back. I cannot believe that they said it would take one hour to do the exact same thing. Beware of these swindlers. Cannot give zero stars or I would.
