I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

We service both of our vehicles at Oxford Dodge and could not be happier with the professionalism, competency and courtesy of the Service Dept. Both of our vehicles recently had recurring, persistent issues that were difficult to diagnose and fix. The Service Dept took the time to listen to our concerns and get it right - even if it took a few tries! There was no charge for the repeat diagnostic work and upgraded parts that were still under warranty.

Purchased a 3 yr. old car from this dealership less than 12 months ago. Battery died and couldn't get into dealership to replace for almost 2 weeks. Had it done at my own mechanic and the dealer just says nothing they can do because I didn't go to an FCA dealership. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

AVOID THIS PLACE. Service manager lied to me about the services that were rendered. She didn't know my dash cam was active and caught everything. My vehicle ended up being extremely unsafe to drive because I had a loose wheel. Luckily, I decided to go to the Canadian Tire down the road immediately, otherwise it wouldn't have been caught. I paid an inspection fee and the mechanic couldn't even tell that I had a loose wheel. And when I called them about it, Amber (the manager) told me that my Jeep was never lifted off the ground. When I told her my dash cam was active and did in fact show that it was lifted, she immediately refunded me. How many other people have they lied to like this? How many other people's money did they wrongfully take? I could have killed someone or been killed myself, but the manager and service advisor tried to lie and gaslight me. I also recorded my conversation with her in which she lies to me several times. Please do yourselves a favour and AVOID GOING HERE. This place is full of snakes who will happily take your money and lie to your face.

Jim and the White Oaks team explained the repair process, the insurance claim process and timeline and estimate. And stick handled issues with the insurer. Took my 2020 dodge ram in on Dec 2023 for breaks. I was advised by OMAR that front back breaks cost $3500 and emergency break needs to be replaced and rods in front of truck need to be replaced. The emergency break has never been used? I declined took to another dealership. Only front breaks needed to be replaced, there was no issue with front end as I asked them to check. The emergency breaks was also fine. So I can only assume that I was being scammed by OMAR in trying to gouge me for money to replace items not broken or needing repair. Beware of this place, you will get scammed.
