The service department could absolutely use some intensive training on communication, professionalism, honesty and overall customer service. Extremely unprofessional behavior displayed by multiple employees in the service department during the almost month our vehicle was there. They had zero desire to look into an issue that was left unresolved upon picking up our vehicle. Brought it to another dealership and they found the issue immediately, and it was covered by warranty. The other dealership even questioned how Boyer didn't find the issue and the simple answer is: they did not want to even look. Not only did Boyer not care about our experience, but they also didn't care about the health and safety of our family. To say our experience at Boyer was a nightmare is an absolute understatement. Do yourself a favour and make the drive to a different dealership for your service needs.
