My Service Rep, Luciano Rotondo I have dealt with since 2017. That involved my late 2017 Acadia purchased there and my present 2018 Acadia bought used elsewhere. On my visits for service he has always kept me updated on the status of my vehicle whether I chose to stay at the dealership or go home. I know some repairs take more time than others. Additional problems that have cropped up, he has always called me, detailing them and the costs involved. Overall he has an excellent rating in my opinion.

Do NOT. I have a Buick. They did not fix my car, and in fact they did not understand what the problem was. IT'S A BUICK. They didn't know what was wrong with a BUICK. That didn't stop them from charging me though. When the problem resumed 2 months later, their response was indifference. No accountability, no ability.

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!
