This dealership kept my vehicle for weeks, I did not have use of my vehicle for months because they could not or was unwilling to fix my very Cadillac that was under warranty. Although they kept my vehicle for an extended time, I was told that any courtesy vehicle will be billed to me. The service ambassador that dealt was hard to deal with and she gave excuses and lied constantly. What a shame for such a hugh dealership. I will never go back to this dealership and I am not recommending this dealership

Top notch service and quality work - VanWolfe

Had an accident with my Cayenne S recently and the dealership and body shop have been outstanding. They are handling issues with the insurance company, ensuring we get all the quality service, parts, body work and damage inspections we really need. The work is ongoing, but based on this and my prior experiences with Marks, I wouldn't even think about going anywhere else for my Cayenne's ongoing care.

I left a cruse Cruze for an Oli change and I was told that drain plug was too tight and it could break when removed, I didn't given them the go ahead as it would cost me an oil pan replacement, took vehicle to an independent mechanic and I witnessed drain plug being removed wt no effort at all, actually the garage charged nothing for the service. It makes wonder what really happened, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the service rendered, I left the vehicle at Boyer for hours for a simple oil change and I wasted my time taking it somewhere else. I always trusted Boyer for my vehicle but now I have second thoughts about it and I want to hear back from Boyer about it.

I took my 20 year old Camaro into OMS for a check over, oil and lube. Techs also identified some "green" wire issues with turn signals. Over and above type of response from OMS. Thought I'd just get the in and out quicky job, but this was not the case. Front desk told me of the wire issues and "would it be OK to take a bit more time to check it out?" Better than expected service. Bt the way Durham Dodge Sucks and has Big Attitude concerns. Will never go there again. Ever. A1 experience at OMS.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any dealership! I waited over 20 days for an appointment, only to be told on the spot that my appointment was canceled. Their excuse? They’re only servicing cars purchased directly from them—even though my car has a manufacturer recall for heated seats! This is beyond unacceptable. The complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customer service is appalling. They wasted my time and clearly don’t care about helping people, even with serious safety issues. To make matters worse, I contacted their manager, who took all my contact details and promised I would receive a call from the general manager. It’s been almost three days now, and I’ve heard nothing. This shows a complete lack of accountability. I would never trust or recommend Parklane to anyone.

I will NEVER trust their pricing again after their Quicklane Service tried to charge me double!! Although I had heard negative things, I have dealt with Highland Ford and their Quicklane Service for the last 8 years and was content...until this year. When I called the Highland Ford Quicklane Service, they made an appt and when I showed up, they said I had no appointment (I thought it was odd that I asked "don't you want my name" when making the appt). They took the vehicle anyways and when I picked up, tried to CHARGE ME ALMOST DOUBLE!!! When I spoke up and asked about the pricing, the individual (believe it is the new manager) first mentioned an even higher price, then put in the right price ($78.) with no apology. I asked why he tried to charge me $130, I was told "miscommunication". Really? Miscommunication trying to charge customers double, then raising the price again before putting in the right amount. I went over and reported to Highland Ford service manager (highland Ford owns this Quicklane). I also wrote to the dealership owner and informed Highland Ford on their "follow up call to rate the service". Guess what I have heard back from the owner or dealership...NOTHING!! I will NEVER buy a vehicle here as they clearly dont appear concerned with customer feedback or their own people attempting to charge customers double for service so what does that say about their pricing? Buyer BEWARE...I now believe what others have told me....I CAN'T recommend them as I no longer trust them or their prices!!!

Was heading from Sudbury to Ottawa on the Friday of a long weekend pulling a travel trailer. Just before the Arnprior exit around 2:00pm, the truck went into limp mode. We limped to the dealership and the service department said they would take a look. Turned out it was an injector and a harness. They did not have the required parts, but sourced them from two other dealers to arrive by the next morning. They let us set up our trailer outside the gate beside the sales area and provided us with water and electricity for the evening. The mechanic, James, started dismantling the truck late Friday afternoon. At 9:15 the next morning (Sat), James knocked on the trailer door to tell us the truck was ready to go. We're cannot thank Dave, the service Manager, enough for the great way they took care of us. At some point late on Friday, Mike, the sales manager, even came by to make sure we were doing ok. Again, such great service. Thanks, Reid Brothers GM in Arnprior.

Disappointed in the service department. Had a steering issue with my 2017 cadillac. Took to royal on two different occasions and they told me until something mechanically goes wrong with it (according to what they said my warranty company said) Warranty company told me to take it somewhere else so I went to McMaster. Not only did they do a diagnostic on my car they also took the time to contact my extended warranty company and low and behold they replaced my whole steering rack plus did an alignment all of which was paid for through my warranty. We have been long standing customers of Royal Chev however they have lost our business along with many of our friends and family. Will be taking all our business now to McMaster as I was treated with the utmost respect and I was not made to feel stupid or dumb.
