Worst service ever had!! First I was told my truck was ready for pick up because issues were fixed. I get the keys start to leave truck goes back into limp mode so the truck was back into service area and needed to stay to get it fixed. I waited for two hours for a shuttle and I had to call for another ride because shuttle service was way too long. They offered to pay a rental as my truck was in the shop for repairs and as I got the text saying my truck was ready for pick up, I called and was informed they are not paying for the rental they offered. Not a happy customer

The woman named Carrie who answers the phone is a racist person who made called us ni**ers , being a family of color it was very traumatizing for my young children, i so NOT recommend anyone go to this place stay far away.

My 2019 is going back in for the fourth time for coolant leaking. First it was nothing, then it was a loose clamp then a whole new rad and now who knows. But it still leaks. Had high hopes for being able to stick with GMC but likely not. Just seems the dealer can’t get it right. Does not make us to confident. Back to Jap cars.

Excellent service . Had a starter issue and they not only had one in stock but we're able to install it the next day. Plus the starter was $250 less than the local auto parts supplier.

Only got one star because there wasn’t a zero. Hal Wrights dealership is by far one of the least professional local businesses we have ever dealt with. After far to many negative experiences after purchasing our first new vehicle, and returning for recalls with them I have observed very low morale amongst employees in service. The result of this has been little to no positive customer care and service. There is no accountability for thier mistakes. The is arrogant behaviour in management positions. Many years in professional positions has taught me that these behaviours come from the top. Their lack of integrity and values goes against the man who actually built this business. Hal Wright. And perhaps this is the difference in building a business or having it built for you. My hope is that the current owner will take these many poor reviews seriously. Be aware of the many many local GM owners who go out of town for purchases and service. AND make the changes that need to happen to make this an establishment they can be proud of.

Complete garbage Customer service! You would think when you spend $60,000 On a brand new Cadillac (not lease but buy), that they would treat you with the Cadillac experience? Ohh wait not here, anything thats included in your package you better be on the ball and demand it, otherwise they will pretend it doesn't exist. Somehow they have managed to ruin the experience of true service at this place and scheduling here is horrific! Certainly will not be buying my other vehicle from them here this year , or ever again thats forsure! Dont waste your time, go somewhere they appreciate your business!!!!!!!

Took SUV in for an oil change. Over the next weeks an oil stain developed on the driveway. Took car back and dealer found they had torn the rubber gasket on the oil filter when installing.

Let me start with Corrado he was very nice to deal with in the body shop ! My GMC Terrain was rear ended and we were there to get it repaired. Picked up the truck a few weeks later which is understandable. The truck smelled like cat pee inside and was dirty. The repair seemed fixed properly and the out side looked like some one tried to buff the paint left all exposed metal touch up areas with No paint. Compound swirling everywhere. Very sloppy job . Never should this truck be released to me in this unprofessional condition. Ultimate failure. Do not recommend. Thanks thanks! Mike pacitto..

Money grab and a pompous staff for sure as stated in the comments. If you are not knowledgeable about vehicles they will take advantage. This dealership preys on people who don't know better and are trusting them to be honest. This dealership had me leaving and returning with new problems each time I came in for service or an oil change for the last 4 years. Coincidence or bad luck until the last 2 oil changes were both leaking due to sloppy work . The last oil change was performed 1 day before leaving on a trip to northern Ontario leaving me stranded in Sturgeon Falls ON - no oil in vehicle. Vehicle had to be towed from Sturgeon Falls to Sudbury where it was discovered that the oil filter was cracked - either already damaged or cracked while changing the filter. Either way this was the second time and difficult to believe it was a one off being the second time in a row. John Bear did not want to be accountable and laid blame on GM for defective filter. John Bear also insisted that the engine light that remains on since the oil leak was completely unrelated to the drive from Hamilton to Sturgeon Falls without any oil left in my vehicle ??? I now realize that much of the service that I had done on the vehicle was likely unnecessary - such as spending over $1200 including a discount to have all the lines changed under vehicle 3 months earlier which did not resolve clunking issue. Clucking was in fact due to loose bolts underneath after returning with the same complaint - they didn't see this during the inspection and decided the line needed replacing ??? I was then charged to have the bolts tightened - nice. They said I must have have had work done somewhere else because they never touched the bolts ??? The positive comments on this site can only be made by knowledgeable customers that the dealership is unable to rip off. This is the 3rd vehicle purchase through John Bear - that's what you get for being a loyal customer. Hope this helps someone.

Late on a Friday, two days prior to my wife’s scheduled - David

Late on a Friday, two days prior to my wife’s scheduled heart surgery my Buick developed a coolant leak. I took it into Leggat Chevrolet Cadillac Buick Saturday and David Elliott, Service Manager, took personal charge, asking me to wait while he had the problem diagnosed. The required parts were not available before Monday and the car should not be driven. He arranged a rental car for me, promising to keep me informed; just as my wife’s surgery was complete, I received his text advising my car was ready; I picked up my Buick the next morning and David had the rental car returned for me. I’ve been dealing with Leggat for ten years and will happily continue.
