The employee at the service center were very friendly and welcoming. The service was well done and in time. I had a good quality loaner car.

I recently bought a used Mercedes from a Toronto dealer but I live in St. Catharines. I was hesitant to book service at Performance in St. Catharines, worrying that they might not be very cooperative since I bought the car in Toronto. I WAS TOTALLY WRONG !!! I got very well received by Ryan in service and got lots of great help from Victoria with the Mercedes computer and the associated phone app. The moral of the story is “ if you make one customer happy, they’ll tell 3 of their friends ….. but if you make them unhappy they’ll tell everyone they meet !! “ Thanks !! Last oil change I was charged fully for an oil change... - Not cool !

Last oil change I was charged fully for an oil change that never happened. Giving them a second chance, this trip in I paid for oil change and full maintenance inspection and complained of a noise in the passenger side of motor. Was told I needed 4 break pads at a quote of over $800.!!!! and that he didn't hear any noise . Said they topped washer fluid that I had topped myself two days before when I also checked my air pressure in my tires and they said they had to top them as well . They had inspection papers ready and checked for me to go. When I asked them to go over it with a fine tooth comb if needed to find the source of the noise, they came back to me 1.5 hours later saying it was the water pump. (Very noisy by the way) and quoted me at over $970. . They also found that my cabin filter was dirty ( dark grey) and all chewed up on this "fine tooth comb" inspection. Why was such an obvious thing not found on first inspection ??? I was so disappointed in a dealership I thought I could trust. I have had a second opinion and they found two other things they missed (rear light out and rear wiper damage) and was quoted almost half the price for the same jobs . So disappointed and will not return or recommend ever again. I'm still in shock at their dishonesty and carelessness.

I have not purchased my car here, however had to take it to service when I moved because it was still under warranty. Probably had my car serviced here at least 5 times. In the last year they hired some new staff at service centre they were all very professional and pleasant. Even though I don't have to take my car for service there anymore I probably will as its close and fast, they didn't try to oversell me on things either which is a bonus

I had a fabulous experience at Petawawa Toyota! The Service Advisor named Chuck greeted me as soon as I came in, checked me in to my appointment, carefully explained everything that would be done, gave me an estimate of the amount of time it would take and offered me a free car wash. After the work was done in the time I was told it would be, Chuck explained everything that was done and everything they discovered with courtesy and details and answered all of my questions with patience and kindness. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end!

Cannot say enough about the excellence service I experienced with the service dept. I called as my service engine light was on and was told to bring it in. Had three services done under warranty and left a very satisfied customer and no charges. This will be my go to dealer from here on. To the gentleman who took my call and to Ruth the Advisor thank you so much for listening my concerns.

We recently required work that was covered under our 10 year PowerTrain warranty. We received a quote from the dealership that was very expensive so we chose to take it elsewhere to have the work done. Later we learned that the work was covered under our warranty. When we contacted the dealership as to why they didn't inform us of this when we first brought it to them and asked for reimbursement on the work that we had to pay out of pocket for, they refused. We have contacted Mitsubishi Canada and they said it was a dealership problem. Service technicians should have knowledge of the cars and warranties they are working with and if they don't know that work is covered by a warranty, and a customer pays, then they've made a mistake that they need to make right. The customer service with this issue has been completely disappointing and this has cost Mitsubishi more than the reimbursement would have. They have lost a future customer.

good morning first time I've finance a suv in 40 yrs ive always payed cash. driving and first time buying from a dealership. sales was awesome and finance great. the garage was the worse I've had in 40 yrs driving. and was arrogant. and wasn't helpful. and only 1 mth under warranty wouldnt fix it. I am very fortunate to have found the right place to get my vehicle fixed. I had problems with the indicator light (ABS) for several years, which was not fixed by other dealers. Few weeks back I noticed that I was having difficulty with turning my steering wheel to the left, which made it difficult for me to park and move my vehicle to a particular direction. After several hours spent on researching for the best location to get my vehicle fixed, I found good reviews about this Chrysler repair shop. When I got to this location my service advisor, Kacey Craig, assured me that they will get everything fixed and kept me updated while I was waiting for the vehicle. The employees in this location are welcoming, friendly and ensured that I feel comfortable during my waiting time. Fortunately, the technicians did a very good job for my satisfaction. I would like to give a shout out to all the employees and my service advisor (Kacey Craig) for helping me and providing great customer service. Without any doubt I will recommend this location to anybody!

We would like to Thank the following 4 employees at Pickering Toyota for amazing customer service and help. Nigel, Kaesheva, Jeet and we believe the mechanic’s name was Alan. We are in Ontario visiting from Cape Breton Nova Scotia and encountered an issue with our sunroof, it would not close, your staff went above and beyond to fit us in to look at our Tundra and try and solve the issue. Unfortunately, the part wasn’t available for our truck to be fixed but they got the sunroof closed, advised us of the issue. Since we wouldn’t have time to wait for the part to arrive to get it fixed, they gave us a detailed explanation for us to give to our Toyota dealership when we get home. Your staff showed us exactly why we choose a Toyota Tundra, Toyota went above and beyond for us visiting Cape Bretoners.

Brought our Jetta in for service due to the engine light coming on. Didn't book an appointment as it was an unexpected issue. Kevin and Graham got my car looked at within a couple of hours and had us fixed up by the end of the day. Unfortunately it cost me $621.00 but nothing lasts forever right? Great crew, even the tech (AL) took a minute to help me understand what the issue was. Got my business going forward for sure.

Pine Tree Ford dealership the service department if you go for in for oil change rotate tires change wipers they say they do it and they don’t. I caught them multiple times lying about changing parts. Samantha and Danny cover it up and they would lie to the customers over and over So careful when you go in for service you’re gonna get ripped off
