My 2019 is going back in for the fourth time for coolant leaking. First it was nothing, then it was a loose clamp then a whole new rad and now who knows. But it still leaks. Had high hopes for being able to stick with GMC but likely not. Just seems the dealer can’t get it right. Does not make us to confident. Back to Jap cars.

Took Mazda in to be serviced. Brake service and Oil Change. It was a snowy icy day. When I picked up the vehicle it was in the same spot with the same ice hanging off the wheels and no smudge marks on any part of the wheels...same dirt too. How do you take wheels off and do work like that? Price was higher than quoted too. Complained to Mazda Canada..

My tire was looking like it was losing air. I contacted Forbes Toyota who said that if i go there within the next 15 minutes they'd take care of me - as it was almost 4 pm. I made it, they fit me in. It turned out I needed a new tire which they didn't have at the store there so got me a shuttle home with the promise that they'd deal with it first thing in the morning. I felt very well cared for. Thank you Toyota.

Brought my 2013 Mazdaspeed 3 in for a engine light issue. Turned out to be something quick and easy. I was very satisfied with the service I got, my service advisor was great at keeping in contact with me throughout the three days my car was in and the technicians were amazing, very knowledgeable on their product and had no problem talking to me directly about it. Very honest staff and felt comfortable with my car being there. Very happy customer ! Thanks a lot guys !

I bought my car from here about 4 year ago and was planning to upgrade soon however, I recently had the worst experience from the service department. My car is with the service department with almost a month, and I understand they are waiting for the parts from States however there was zero initiative from service representative to provide any updates. Even after multiple calls and leaving numerous voice messages over last few weeks, to know about the status, I never got a call back. I have to keep trying or visits dealership to get the status on my car. Never again to this service center.

"The Foster name has been associated with a car dealership in Scarborough for more than 60 years,but the Staff keeps getting change around ,Brought a kia sedona 2017 lasted 18 months ,engine stated misfiring,my warranty ran out kia canada said they cant help so my wife called kia foster manager was rude to wife so instead toke to my mechinic who couldnt fix ,he had said maybe timming chain,so toke it to kia foster they did the job still not working, manager said ,i know to much, i told them to what to do,but he failed to understand I ASKED Kia mechanic To check Car out if theres any parts needed.You dont have to listern to my review but Im telling you VERY BAD Experience,They could of advised me not to go ahead with and waste my money,it but greeds get the best of them,they wanted the sale. rude manager and mechanic who doesnt care about customer needs,who only cares about bottom line,if i could i would give zero

Wrote about an ujoint replacement on my Jeep Wrangler last year. Well, the opposite side needed replacement this time. Again, without an appointment and an urgent need to use the vehicle the next day, Laurie was able to get it done within 4 hrs! Just unbelievable service. Honest, Trustworthy and competent. Highly recommended.

Made an appointment for my truck with a detailed description about the issue ,and the things I have had done to try to correct the problem. I was assured by Fraser Ford they would spend the almost 2 hours I paid for to find the problem. They spent 10 min instead and assured me they had found the problem. To make a long story short, I paid a big bill and not only was the problem never fixed, they also caused me more problems with very poor workmanship. We went back 3 times to test drive with the manager to show the problem that was caused. It was shocking that I had to act as the mechanic. I would not recommend taking any vehicle there. The truth is they are not honest, and not knowledgeable .

Went on line to book an appointment for an oil change and was confirmed for 930. At 1130 went to pick up my vehicle and was informed that it was the next vehicle to go into the shop. 2 hours later and still no oil change. When I got home, there was an e-mail saying that Galt Chrysler removed my e-mail address from their system. EXCELLENT customer service NOT.

After going to local service people , getting ripped off repeatedly with poor repair , I now only go to GD Coates even tho they are far from me .
