Have been buying ACURA'S ONLY SINCE 1982. BARRIE MY FAVOURITE SERVICE CENTRE. FROM START TO FINISH THEY RATE 10 ON A SCALE OF 1-5..... NEVER ANY SURPRISES AND ALWAYS DOING EVERYTHING TO MAKE THE EXPERIENCE A PLESANT ONE..... BEST WAY TO FIND OUT IS TO TRY IT YOURSELF.....

I highly recommend White Oaks Collision Centre for all body work on your vehicle. Ask for Jordan Reed, he’s great, polite and most accommodating. Their staff is efficient and do great work. I highly recommend this company if you want an A1 job done.

Think twice if buying an Acura as service here has gone - unhappy

Think twice if buying an Acura as service here has gone massively downhill post COVID - perhaps due to ownership change (?) - and you'll be living with that. One example - Service appointments cannot be booked without being re-directed to a call centre in Asia so if you call to book first thing in the morning maybe you get a call back at dinner from someone who has language challenges and is not familiar with the concept of snow tires. Not sure why they outsourced an Ottawa job to Asia to save a few dollars given decline in service quality. Another example - you may find they do not complete service work on time as promised or will reschedule your appointment to another day at the last minute - not great if you are juggling work / family schedules. Another example - New staff at service desk just not familiar with car mechanics and tell you things that are incomplete or plain wrong - you can't rely on what they say and you may wind up paying twice for re-work or re-diagnosis (1 hour labour minimum or $179 I think to check out a noise fyi) as they don't provide any credit for their own errors. I love my MDX but unfortunately my next vehicle will not be an Acura

We have been customers of Acura of Hamilton since 2005.we have always been very pleased with the treatment we received over the years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. We purchased a new 2022 RDX A-Spec in December 2021. When we arrived for our first service in October we did not recognize a soul. !! ?? It was like we had come to the wrong place. As a long time customer I would like to know what happened to the great staff we so valued. Please get back to us. We feel very disconnected.

Nick the Service Manager took an hour out of his busy day (I saw all the work orders on his desk) to answer all of my old lady questions about the MDX that I recently purchased from Acura of Oakville. Every employee I have now encountered there is as helpful; polite and knowledgeable as the last one that I spoke with:) I have no doubt they will Service my car going forward with care & professionalism.

For the service center, Patrick Rodriguez is not just amazing, but he is phenomenal! Right after the valet immediately helped me with signing me in, Patrick took over and was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Super friendly guy; the kind you want to go have a beer with! Also the oil change was in great time, especially considering it was a busy day, and the car was washed which was a nice touch. The customer waiting area was also well set up, with snacks and refreshments. Hats off to the whole team at Acura Thornhill for superb customer service and with a friendly smile to make the day! Had my new Acura RDX towed to Pickering Acura this morning after having electrical issues. Had excellent service and they had the car back to me by 2:15 with the electrical issues repaired. This was even a Saturday and I didn’t purchase my vehicle from them. Everything covered by warranty and great updates from Arash. Couldn’t ask for better service.
