I have gone to Waterloo Nissan on 4 different occasions to purchase a vehicle. Each time I have left without buying one. This latest visit was just another reminder why it is not the place for me. I looked at a used 2023 VW with 3,500 kms. It was almost $2,000 cheaper to buy a new 2024 vehicle rather than this one. They offered to finance for 10% when on Autotrader it was listed at 7.99%. I received no explanation for this when asked and my credit is strong. This was the same theme when I bought a Rogue and also a Murano in Woodstock rather than this dealership. There are cheaper places to go. Shop around. I will say the maintenance garage is a good place to go though .

I bought a new Nissan Qashqai in 2020 from them (lease with 200km) and I noticed the AC was a bit weak but not bothering to investigate since still doing the job. This summer (2023) the AC became so weak making me sweat at max AC. Brought the car to the dealer, they said need to order parts (condenser and pipe) and meantime they added some freon to make me go till parts come in (BUT NOT signing this in the work papers). After a few delays 'till September (all summer with better AC but still weak) they got me in with parts available BUT THEY SAID the regular freon R1234YF is contaminated with R152A. I didn't add elsewhere this freon or other freon ever - so it's my word against theirs. SO I SAID you either added before I bought the car knowingly the AC issues and added freon sealant OR added at this summer visit. Forced me to go elsewhere to remove it (money, time and stress spent) so they finally solved it without additional charge. BESIDES, Customer Service said it's my fault!!! WHAT CAN I SAY ? the customer is never right! I HOPE GOD WILL MAKE JUSTICE on this!!! Maybe recording any call and gathering all the paper would have helped... VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED! NEVER GO THERE and maybe never buy a Nissan!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I recently bought a 2018 Nissan Rogue with 78,000 km on it from them. While negotiating with the salesman, I asked for a new set of tires to be included with the car. The salesman Michael (who was courteous I must say) assured me that given the number of km on the car, the original tires will most certainly have been replaced. "Besides" he said, "we are the original Nissan dealer in Toronto, and we have a reputation to uphold, so don't worry". When I requested to take the car to my mechanic for inspection, I should have seen the red flag waving madly. "Oh we don't do that any more. We had experiences with customers driving off with the car!" Did you ever hear such baloney?! I was desperate for a car, and the price was decent, so I ignored my misgivings. Then the Manager who finalized the deal with me, pressured me to buy the extended warrant package, which I firmly turned down. A few weeks later, I purchased a set of winter tires from my mechanic. He said to me, "the tires on the car are in terrible shape. They barely pass the safety inspection. One is on the borderline, and the others not much better". I contacted OMVIC who told me to get a letter from my mechanic as to the condition of the tires. I then contacted Michael, who replied, "bring them in. Don't worry We'll take care of it." Well, other than Michael who WAS courteous, all the so called "managers" who I was introduced to, with left a lot to be desired in customer relations. I said that I was misled into thinking I would be getting a good set of tires, and would not have agreed to the deal, had I known. "Well, it's your mechanics word against ours", was their reply. Seeing as to how I was getting nowhere, I informed them that I would be contacting OMVIC. They did not seem very concerned. "Go ahead, by all means", was their reply. Was this what Michael meant by "taking care of it"? Needless to say, I would not deal with them again, and I intend to pursue the matter with OMVIC. Please do yourself a favour, and DO NOT DEAL with them. If you must, make sure you have everything in black and white. I for one would not even trust them for that.

EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! Pardeep our Sales Consultant answered all our questions (even on his day off). He steered us in the right direction and spent extended time showing us all the needed features. It seems he introduced us to everyone, the receptionist, the sales and service teams, and Rico the Sales Manager. I find everyone to be warm and friendly. Raymond the Financial Service Manager, made us feel quite at ease as we workout the extended warranty and service contracts. My wife and I drove off the lot fully satisfied with a Rogue, platinum (the desired colour I requested). Great service!!!

Went to get a spare key. Called ahead of time was told one price. When the key was done, went to my car to make sure it would work the car wouldn’t start. Was told I needed to take it to service to get it synced to my car. Was told it was gonna be even more. So now my key is doubled what they told me. I was mad but stayed calm told them that wasn’t right I was quoted this much otherwise I wouldn’t have gotten it done. Told them I don’t want it. They said I have to pay for the key and I can have it to lock and unlock the car. Which was definitely not why I needed it in the first place. Asked them for at least a discount on the service part gave me a measley 15 dollars. Not sympathetic at all, didn’t get one apology for their mistake. Advised that worker should be trained on how to answer questions and not lead customers with false information. They didn’t care at all. Worst customer service. Then on top of that they come back with a list of things to rip me off even more. Will go to my mechanic and never give them a cent again. Never should have bought a Nissan. Should’ve stuck with the Honda’s.

I was ripped off by Myers Nissan Orleans; they sold me a used 2019 Nissan Altima with altered odometer records without informing me. Additionally, the car had a transmission issue within a month of purchase, which they initially denied but eventually fixed. This is my first Nissan car, and saying I regret buying a Nissan is an understatement. There is no trust or loyalty at Myers Nissan. Customers should not be exploited simply because they are vulnerable. The altered odometer should have been disclosed to me, but it was kept quiet until I discovered it when I wanted to sell the car. @myersorleansnissan @myersottawanissan @carfaxca. They were indifferent about fixing the issue and left me to deal with it. Do not buy from Myers; they are scammers.

I leased a 2021 Nissan Rogue platinum in 2021 and had a decent experience overall; even wrote a review stating that. I've since then changed my tune. My lease was up this year (2024) and despite calling the dealership NUMEROUS times and leaving at least 3 messages over 3 weeks not a single soul called me back. To make matters worse I kept getting generic emails and calls telling me "as a valued customer they wanted to have me come in to let me know about the current offers! Is that a joke? I needed to make arrangements to either finance the residual balance of my lease or get into a new vehicle. I guess once they've "sold" you the car they stop trying to excel in customer service. They can't even keep track about which customers they are already dealing with and left me sales messages ... terrible. I wouldn't recommend them.feom here on out. I took my business elsewhere.

Where to start when I bought the Nissan quest 7 yrs ago, got Oil for life and was told will install DVD by an electrician 1- DVD was installed by bestbuy directly to the battery and drained it everytime the car was not driven for a couple of days, in addition, when I press the hand brakes, the car honks. anyways the car was sent to the dealer many times and was taken to MAS to fix but still drains the battery. 2-I was told a few months ago that the OCFL was given in error. when I bought the car, i got all the packages , extended warranty, rustproofing , etc and during that year, Cotton's Nissan was giving the oil for free was every purchase but the "forgot" to add to my contract. When I went to 1st oil change, told them to please add and they never did 3- THE WORST PART: 7 months ago I take the car for wheel-bearing fix and I notice there was some noise (clunk) from engine. they checked it and told me ENGINE BEARINGS/main shaft bearings after they used stethoscope and this will need an engine. a 76000 km japanese car and NEEDS AN ENGINE. a few months later, I took the car to another mechanic and to my surprise, IT WAS NOT ENGINE BEARINGS - IT WAS AC COMPRESSOR BEARINGS WITHA COST OF 1250$ INSTEAD OF >8000. I still cant believe it. will never go there

I drove down two driveways to Kal Tire and was quoted $1,700... It's been a year since Kal Tire fixed my car and it runs perfectly. Never going anywhere near Milton Nissan again.

But when i ask him to show where’s the proof that bank is denying for loan then he said I can’t show you its our and banks matter. Please explain me if i’m the one who’s seeking the loan from bank then why can’t i have the right to see the documents? When i said interest rate you’re charging is too high(10%) he said you have to take CPO then interest rate would be 8.8% so directly indirectly he was focused on selling CPO to us no matter what.I asked for my credit report again he denied by saying I can’t show you. Seriously? Then he told us you guys won’t be able to get loan now onwards if you cancel the deal. Within 20 minutes of signing the sale letter i came to your stoufville nissan’s manager and told him that i want to cancel the deal he said you can take robert’s number and call him at 11am tomorrow and i did the same i have conveyed him that I don’t want the deal he then said you’re loan is approved and it can’t be cancelled now. I have called yasir many times but he didn’t answer my call. Then after half a day he sent some messages to my number saying you’re deal can’t be cancelled and you won’t be getting any refund for the deposit. Next day i have given them one condition that i will pick the vehicle but i don’t want any extra charges like CPO and GAP insurance they again said you’re loan is denied without them again my i asked for denied documents from bank he said I can’t show you.

Stay awya from service department in this dealership' Recall R22A2 Nissan is recalling over 322,000 Pathfinder SUVs from the 2013 through 2016 model years because their hood latches may malfunction. Latch in Pathfinder 2014 is malfunction for almost 2 years and its getting worst with every season. As per Nissan statement to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a document that it does not yet have a fix for the problem but advice customers to try clean and lubricate -HOOD LATCH if problem persist contact Nissan dealer. As per Nissan letter if vehicle experiences issues with hood lock assembly and or secondary latch Nissan dealer will replace lock assembly. As per advice we booked appointment with service at Parkway Nissan of Stoney Creek, in order to complete recall, we had to take off day off work, drive 25 km and back home from Waterdown and wait 3 hours to work to be completed. We were in shocked learning that genius technician had diagnose our problem as sticking release cable and gratefully spray with W-40 or other lubricant latch and lock mechanism and we were offered service for changing hood release cable for total of 276.83 $ Technician identified as ACHR who completed his task (spray w40) and diagnose release cable to be replace must be a genius and should be awarded by Nissan as per Nissan statement as he discovers root cause of issue “Nissan told the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration in a document that it does not yet have a fix for the problem” and changing latch is temporary solution, preventing accident s to happen, most likely permanent as their gathering more information” As in our Case secondary latch does not hold the hood closed, as designed, while the vehicle is in motion, the hood may open without warning and obstruct the driver’s forward view, increasing the risk of crash., risking injury and death. This how Nissan is committed to the safety and security of their customers and their passenger

Very bad service, very bad push of products nobody needs, unprofessional behavior, no respect for female client, do not trust them. Purchased Honda car for my girlfriend on June 2023, and Colton Ferguson and Paul Lazari pushed the sells of a so called rust protection device. I was against this device because I am a chemist and I know that device cannot work as advertised. Colton and Paul hold us for hours do do some papers and to convince us to buy that as a condition to make the sell. I was sick that day, and this is the only reason I did not call off the deal. The device was installed by this Nissan Dealership Bolton, car #certified# apparently, and 2- months later the battery was corroded and started to crumble. My girlfriend sent emails that were left unanswered, they don't care. Car is still own partially by bank, we will go there too, hope they will listen to bank they make business with. Do not buy anything from here, do not buy corrosion protection unless you want troubles and waste your time and money, and be stressed. Electronic Car corrosion not only does not work, it corrodes your battery, and all electrical part connected to the (+) of the battery, . I will post this message in every place on the internet I can, email to bank, and BBB and try all legal means to make them remove this device and own their error. I am beyond disgusted by this behavior, not answering emails, faulty products, pushing sells of unwanted products and ultimately no respect for a client because she is a women, yes it is down to that. In the afternoon of Aug 11, 2020, I made an appointment for Friday Aug 14 with Jean Francois Leblanc of this dealership specifically to see a 2015 Mazda CX9. I drove 2 hours from Carleton Place to Hawkesbury for the appointment. When I arrived he told me that the car had been sold the day before. When I informed him that I had just wasted 2 hours driving to the appointment and asked why he hadn't emailed or called me to say it was sold, he said he was off the previous day and going to email me. He then asked if I wanted to see some other cars. I told him that if that was the way they did business I would never buy any car from them and left to waste another two hours driving back home.. All together I wasted 4 hours and drove over 300 km because a salesman neglected to call me.

We have just taken possession of our third Nissan Pathfinder from Baywest motors. Once again we leave them feeling entirely satisfied with our negotiatiions and lease, this last time possibly being the best, the results of our past experience together. From the first contact, made by Salesperson Jody Esson, to establishing a price with Sales Manager Anthony Robinson, the process was easy, honest and enjoyable. Jody did an excellent job explaining the new instrumentation compared to earlier models, and has kept in touch to answer any of our queries as we discover new questions! Anthony, as always, was a pleasure to work with, and recalled many discussions we held from previous purchases. Following the completion of this current lease I suspect we will be looking at an electric vehicle. I hope we work once again with Jody and Anthony!

I am writing to help other potential customers from being taken advantage of by Cobourg Nissan. I recently took our 2009 Infiniti G37x to the dealership to have them inspect the car for a potential problem coming from the driver side front wheel. Our family has purchased two new cars from them previously. There is history here, and a lot of money has been spent in the service department over the past 20 years. The service department called to say we should come in to talk to them a few hours after we dropped off the Infiniti. They handed us a 4 page estimate for $8,200.00 worth of work. The estimate also stated that this might not be the full list of things needing to be done, and that there was so much rust under the car that they worried things might fall apart if they started working on it. We said no thanks and went to a local Krown rust proofing business where the car had been oil spayed last fall. They put the car on a hoist to look at it, and told me the car looked like it was three years old. There was nothing wrong with it. The next day we went to different Infiniti dealership to look at cars and purchased a new car from them, we traded the old G37 in as part of the new purchase. During our conversation the sales manager at that dealership told us he was looking for a used car like ours for his father in law. I talked to him a few days later and asked him if his father in law had purchased our old car. He smiled and said "Yes, and it was easy for us to certify because there was nothing wrong with it at all". Oops, on the part of Cobourg Nissan. They lied, they mislead us and I will never spend another nickel at that dealership again. You have lost a good customer who will never do business with you again. bad bad bad

One would normally not go to Cornwall Nissan to buy a Can-Am Spyder but when I saw one at the dealer a few weeks ago I just couldn’t resist and bought it. Even though it was a 2017 model it looked brand new and in great shape. I dealt with Skyler Berthiaume who was super friendly and very helpful in closing the deal. I highly recommend the dealership.

Leased a 2018 Pathfinder V tech. Before 3000 km I lost the stereo 3 times, the heater, large and small centre console screens, fior open alarm sometimes works, rear sonar sometimes works, 4 engine sensors, collision avoidance sensor, remote starter, and finally the transmission. They told me everything was on file, I received no car history printout record. And the service rep laughed. Nissan Canada stated there was nothing they could do because each dealer was "independent from Nissan Canada ". I can only give this dealer and Nissan Canada a zero. There are no lesser numbers.
