The Service Department lacks organization and is terrible. Booked an appointment for 845 and returned at 1500, the vehicle wasn't ready and hadn't even been seen. I still ended up waiting and hour and a half for the vehicle. In addition, the tires included in the original sale crapped out after only 24000 km. That is crap quality and crap service.

A forthright, polite and knowledgeable man who is customer friendly and patient when hearing and answering questions.

Have been a customer here for many years, recently bought another brand new top of the line 2020 RVR GT trim. I can’t believe the way they do things here. Dishonest and straight up lied to their customers. Farahaz Asmal is the worst sales person I have dealt with. He make fake promises to close the deal. Promised Yokohama 18” winter tires, when I picked up my vehicle I realized it’s 16” and the brand was different. Farahaz also claimed that the winter package does not include rims and tpms sensor and asked us to pay extra for it. Jackie the sales consultant told us everything is included and that we will get what they promised and no need to write all the details down other than winter tire package. Can’t trust these people. They also tried to up sell tinted window for $600+ when it is already included in this trim from the manufacturer. Reaching out to Al Hashimy the general sales manager was also not pleasant. He basically said we got the winter tires thrown in and didn’t pay for it and that they could give us whatever they feel like. Then tried to make excuses for Farahaz saying that’s not he promised. Do you really think we came in to buy a $40000 vehicle to con your dealership over couple hundred dollars? It’s the principal and shows how they value their customers and basically they are con artist that can’t be trusted. They are also willing to sever the relationship with a long term customer and gives up many years of future business opportunities servicing my 2 Vehicles. I hope the owner would read this, honesty is very important for business, the way your sales persons treat customers shows that all they care about is themselves and get more numbers. If this is how they represent your business it's tough to have customers that are willing to come back. Even though I knew he lied about the sensor and other things, I was willing to pay more, I know business is tough and you have to profit. But coming to an agreement then bait and switch is just wrong.

Dear friends, I would like to share with you my negative experience with Mitsubishi service, my car was leaking oil from the transmission, when I first went, they told me that the seals needed to be changed and that I would have to pay $700 since it was not under warranty, and I paid it. They delivered my vehicle after the seal change. I checked it 2 days later and the leakage continued. I went to the service again for the second time and they told me that they would change the seals again. This did not make sense because the problem was not solved when we changed it the first time, but I accepted it desperately. and the change was made. After the second seal change, I took the vehicle back and after driving it for a few days, I noticed that the leakage continued again. I went to the service for the third time and they said they would check it and get back to me. They would take me inside at 3 pm and start checking it. They sent me a message at 3:20 the same day and said that the transfer case needed to be changed and that it would cost about $3400. I cannot understand how they check it in 20 minutes. How can the technical service charge me 700 dollars for my oil leak complaint and return the vehicle to me without resolving the problem even though I went there 3 times? I complained to the general management. They say there is no factory defect without even reading my complaint. They gave me my car without resolving the problem even though I paid a fee. Is this really the Mitsubishi customer experience?

Very dishonest tech and sales. Bought my vehicle 3year ago and purchased rust proof protection which the some parts of the vehicle except not doing under coats what a crook and service my vehicle last June for oil change not being change the oil filter what a crook, asking for refund just for the oil change payment not even giving back your money any suggestions I’m willing to take this dealership to small claims court. Just be a ware consumers. I take a picture for oil filter and subframe being rusted because they never did the under coats to begin with.

Dropped my vehicle off night before am appointment. The lock box was broken into and my vehicle was stole from the dealerships’ lot. Recovered by police with minor damage and theft. Key fob was missing and the dealer refused to replace it. Instead they offered to sell me a new key fob for around 600$ less 15%. Bad business decision given that I have purchased 2 vehicles there over the last 12 years, spending around 70,000$ Certainly will not be buying another Mitsubishi. Also purchased a new fob for 350$ from a licensed locksmiths.

Avoid Mitsubishi at all costs! Fuel consumption is more than 25 liters per 100km! Advertised is below 10 liters/100km. Customer service? Why? no customer service: just sale service. CRAP! I wish i read similar reviews before buying this fancy expensive junk.

May 8, 2021 I am writing this note to share a very negative interaction I have had with the service manager at Mitsubishi London in the afternoon of April 26, 2021. In the course of picking up my RVR car following a winter tire swap, I informed the manager that I have been waiting outside next to my car for a while, and no one called me. And that I have been wondering about the tent, which an agent has advised me on Friday that would be available for customers. The manager appeared annoyed and indifferent to my frustration. He essentially said something to the effect that they couldn't bring out the tent today, and nothing could be done about the situation. I exclaimed, "why are customers taken for granted? He abruptly said, "I am done" and went on to shut the door in my face. Two questions: What gives him the right to shut the door in my face? Would he ever behave in this manner with a middle-aged white man? I believe this individual does not have a centella of respect towards someone like myself. I have shred this with another manager named Jessie Fischer who ignored my message for a few days. When I demanded a response, he sent me a meaningless apology minimizing my serious concerns, and never answering my questions. This note expresses my deep dissatisfaction with the insulting behavior of this service manager at Mitsubishi London; it is meant to principally document my utter objection to the mistreatment I have received yesterday afternoon from him.

Took our car in for a recall service. Was told it also needed work done on front struts. They kept the car for 8 months, due to "part being on order" Yes they gave us a garishly painted loaner, but over the whole time they failed keep us updated on what was happening and when it was finally fixed the bill was $1000.00 more than estimated (by them). Had to argue to get a "discount" and was made to feel like a penny pincher. Really awful awful service. There are plenty of other dealers and all are better. Went to Newmarket Mitsu and was treated much better. I also dealt with RJ who was the best of a bad lot.

We recently required work that was covered under our 10 year PowerTrain warranty. We received a quote from the dealership that was very expensive so we chose to take it elsewhere to have the work done. Later we learned that the work was covered under our warranty. When we contacted the dealership as to why they didn't inform us of this when we first brought it to them and asked for reimbursement on the work that we had to pay out of pocket for, they refused. We have contacted Mitsubishi Canada and they said it was a dealership problem. Service technicians should have knowledge of the cars and warranties they are working with and if they don't know that work is covered by a warranty, and a customer pays, then they've made a mistake that they need to make right. The customer service with this issue has been completely disappointing and this has cost Mitsubishi more than the reimbursement would have. They have lost a future customer.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Worst experience. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone I know. Started with an appointment with Sales, arrived at time but I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to meet the sales lady. Since it’s my first car and I am new to Canada, my loan application was rejected (which is something I understand) so they asked for a co-signer, and even though it is not easy to find a co-signer when you’re a newcomer, I managed to find one. However, when I sent my co-signer documents to the sales lady, she just kept on telling me that since your application was refused previously she can’t start the application again without the approval of (Michael). I don’t who is this Michael, but this doesn’t make any sense from a customer point of view. What’s more, the lack of customer service experience these people have is something I have never seem before. Customer’s satisfaction is not something they are investing in. I wanted an Outlander so badly, and will try to find it in any other Mitsubishi dealership, but if they are the only dealership having stock now, I would rather change to any other vehicle than trying to deal with them again.

Would not recommend Great sale service after service terrible very hard to get anything fixed under new car warranty. Oh this is considered normal etc. on older rvr like to claim, things are done, but not done like to put oil on parts and claim parts are failing when they are not, I would stay away from the service department they charge you money to reset the oil light which they should’ve done when they change the oil as well when I had to complain it wasn’t reset

Just bought our first PHEV, a 2018 Outlander, and loved the no-pressure owner-sales team. Plus, we got almost $9000 off in Ontario grant and trade-in. This SUV is all my wife and I hoped for - spacious, smooth ride, sips gas. We just drove it from Kingston to Toronto-Markham-Toronto and back to Kingston on 78 cents worth of electricity and a little over 32 litres of regular gas. Congratulations, Mitsubishi.

The representative who helped pick the vehicle was helpful, I had issues with this dealership after the purchase. I noticed for instance that the manual was missing, I call to inquire about getting a replacement one. After repeated attempts to reach someone (2-3weeks) the receptionist finally. put me through to the manager. He was very aggressive over the phone and did not offer to help me with this issue. I had to contact Mitsubishi online to get a resolution and again only after repeated requests. The manager finally called me to tell me there's a copy of the manual available to pick up, when I went there, I had to walk into his office to get it and even then he wouldn't stop arguing with me. I am now using a another dealership for servicing my car (Dixie Mitsubishi) and there is a big difference in the quality of service.

Asked for my old plates to be transferred to my new car as it has sentimental value to me but because it was dirty they tried to convince me to get a new one. I tried to explain why I didn't want a new one but they didn't respect my wishes. After signing the plate portion they had the plates deemed destroyed and got me new plates stating that I must have done that part myself but the date the ministry have me was the day I gave them the plates and signed the contract. On top of that then they made me pay for the item that I didn't even want in the first place. And made side comments about putting the old dirty plates on my wall if they meant that much to me. The worst part of the whole experience was that I received financing through TD which they claimed offered a credit building service so although I had to sign with a high interest rate now that after one year of consecutive payments and no problems TD promises to lower the rate... When I spoke with the representative at TD he said I was the second person to call and inquire about that in the same week and that there was no such thing. However I have already signed the contract and am stuck with what's in it... When you end up paying 47k for a car you should get what you asked for especially when it doesn't cost them extra... At 39 years old and after driving 8 different cars it's insulting to have someone tell you what you want.... On the way out the door one of the service guys mentioned I picked a good car suitable for me because it's nice and simple... Thanks nothing like ending your day 47k in the hole , disappointed and insulted...
