After storing for the Winter of 2024/2025 my 2021 F-type was dead. Could not get it started even after a boost from the Jag Roadside Assistance. Four different tow trucks came in over two days and still could not resolve the issue. Moreover we were unable to locate the release cord to put the car in Neutral. I was at the Dealership on a Monday after 6pm to get directions and the Service Dept was closed. Sales made a few calls and Michel dropped by and was very kind to take me to some demos to show me the neutral release cord. However, my exact model was not in the dealership. Michel would call me the next day to give directions. Michel was extremely kind to go out of his way to help me out. Thank you Michel! My apologies if I spelt your name incorrectly. The next day Greg, the Service Manager facilitated a technician to get my car started and bring it to the Dealership. Thank you Greg for going that extra mile to get a very frustrating issue resolved. Much appreciated and thank you!
I was made very comfortable and assured by Tibor Muresan that my car will be fixed and roadworthy. He got my battery replaced under warranty and ensured that a complete check be done on my car as my warranty was expiring in July 2025. I have dealt with Tibor on another occasion and he never fails to impress me with his exemplary customer experience. Thank you Tibor!
I have decided to extend my warranty un till 2030 and will drop by soon to sign the papers with Michael.
