The only good thing about this place is the Sales Process and Sales Staff, if you are looking for a Bike see Paul or Spencer, they worked with us and were very helpful through the Sales process.
***NOTE; Service Department is NOT GOOD based on our experiences. The Problems started when we picked up our bikes. We purchased 2 HDs and picked them up 2 days apart and both bikes had issues that should have been performed/caught during PDI or prior to pickup. The problems encountered were;
- Error lights on dash once I rode approx 2 KLMs away and had to get Dealer Tech on the phone to talk me through the error clearing process and to this date I still DO Not know what those errors were.
- Low Air in tires (error)
- Gas Not filled up
- Dead Battery
As you can imagine these issues turned a what was supposed to be happy experience into an upsetting and regretful experience. Did they actually PDI these Bikes? If these problems occurred upon pickup what is happening next. I am not sure if Sloppy Service is indicative of this Dealership Service Department but would WARN anyone to think twice before Picking up a Bike or Getting any Service done here, reminds me of the Service Level one would get from a Corner Lot or after market garage.
