Just purchased a 2023 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate from Reid Bros Motor Sales and they were fantastic to deal with. Jim Kwiatkowski was an absolute pleasure to deal with, and helped me out so much! Being from the Toronto area it was the only dealership in Ontario that had this truck available and the Reid Bros staff made the 5 1/2 hour from home purchase smooth. Thanks again Reid Bros, you are a Wonderful Dealership, just wish I could get my service from you but its a bit of a hike from home. Thanks again, and highly recommend this truck!!

It took us a couple of weeks to commit to trading and purchasing new, and our sales person (Janice) was very patient and helpful. Even when we had a minor problem with the left blinker, on delivery, she tried to have the problem resolved as quickly as possible.

Only got one star because there wasn’t a zero. Hal Wrights dealership is by far one of the least professional local businesses we have ever dealt with. After far to many negative experiences after purchasing our first new vehicle, and returning for recalls with them I have observed very low morale amongst employees in service. The result of this has been little to no positive customer care and service. There is no accountability for thier mistakes. The is arrogant behaviour in management positions. Many years in professional positions has taught me that these behaviours come from the top. Their lack of integrity and values goes against the man who actually built this business. Hal Wright. And perhaps this is the difference in building a business or having it built for you. My hope is that the current owner will take these many poor reviews seriously. Be aware of the many many local GM owners who go out of town for purchases and service. AND make the changes that need to happen to make this an establishment they can be proud of.

Viewed a used car, loved it and wanted to purchase it. However the price on the Internet was changed by $3,700 more when I came back after a lunch break. Salesman, said this is now not in your price range, so I will contact you when other cars come in. No interest in my upping my budget. I would have bought this car, but from my perspective my purchase was not the one wanted by this dealership. I had money to give them today but Mike Fair clearly wanted someone else's money. I will never return to this dealership.

Engine light on in my 2015 low mileage Malibu . Did diagnostic replaced battery fuse block. Bill 1230.97. Light n again so back for more diagnostic, this time needs special battery cost 650.00 for battery total cost with labor $790.06. Was told light would not come on again. Week later back on. Back to dealer again, no solution just keep checking and see what’s next, maybe keep trying till engine is replaced! At this point $2021.03 I’m done, can’t keep them on my payroll! Final word from guy re diagnostic arranging. Just keep driving with the light on!! Great solution after paying over $2000.00. Guess that’s what I’ll have t do!! This dealership seems to be a cash cow for the senior women of Manotick. Have had past issues with their overselling and try to avoid going there but since they were a dealership that sold my make f car thought they were reputable. .

My first experience should have been a better situation then it was. Both my father and older sister purchased brand new trucks from this dealership, and so I brought my business to the same sales person. They sold me a used Jeep Compass, low KMs. However, ever since I have been discovering one issue after another. 1) They did next to no maintenance on the vehicle, almost immediately I had to replace the sway bars on both sides, a constant annoying sound every time I hit a bump. 2) The brakes should have all been replaced before I purchased, clearly never touched by this dealership. Instead they gave me this vehicle with something clearly wrong as the brakes were grinding nasty grooves into the rotars; and 3) 8 months after purchase I find out that I would have to eat $17k in negative value to do a trade-in, as the dealership clearly charged me far too much for a vehicle that was not worth that value. Never go with these folks!

Brought car in for transmission stalling issues (car wouldn't go over 3000RPM). Apparently, the "experienced mechanic" took the car out and found no issues. Diagnostics were run on car with no issues found. Four hours later after I made the call to see what was going on, I was told that the "knowledgeable" Supervisor said it was because the car mats were stuck under the gas pedal. (I always pull my car mats back in place before I get in). So for all this xx I had to pay $75 and the car is STILL doing the same thing that I brought it in for. Only bonus of the whole experience was Pat. Very friendly.

There was no mention on the paperwork about service and should see it was not do for the truck. Now i have no truck because of their screw up. Absolutely terrible experience here with Jack Mattson and his management team. Not surprised to see so many 1-star reviews here. Absolutely awful customer service, not to mention that they offered $3000 to $5000 less for my trade than 5 other dealers. Even though this place is 5kms from my home, I would travel 100kms to avoid it. Not to mention all of the business they are going to lose as we buy 2 or 3 vehicles per year. Do yourself a favour and stay clear of this joke of a dealership.

I brought my car there to do a coolant system flush and to get a diagnosis on the heating issues, they said the thermostat needed to be replaced, I went to another mechanic and got the thermostat replaced and still no heat at this point because I was charged for the diagnosis at Cowan I brought it back to tell them that I replaced the thermostat for nothing, they said then should be the leak from the radiator. I talked to Peter hoping to get some decent explanation here and he said the same thing that I have no choice but to replace the radiator at that point I left because I sensed there wasn’t no intention to help me out and they wanted to squeeze more money out of my pocket. This was disappointing and unprofessional I spent hundreds of dollars and still have no heat. I would never go back to this place and I won’t recommend it to anyone.

I left a cruse Cruze for an Oli change and I was told that drain plug was too tight and it could break when removed, I didn't given them the go ahead as it would cost me an oil pan replacement, took vehicle to an independent mechanic and I witnessed drain plug being removed wt no effort at all, actually the garage charged nothing for the service. It makes wonder what really happened, I am extremely unhappy and disappointed with the quality of the service rendered, I left the vehicle at Boyer for hours for a simple oil change and I wasted my time taking it somewhere else. I always trusted Boyer for my vehicle but now I have second thoughts about it and I want to hear back from Boyer about it.

Gus Brown diagnosis my 5.3liter engine as failing as it consumed 3.1 liters of oil every 5 000 KMS . Then it stopped and my oil pressure dropped but they said it was safe to drive Warranty did not cover repairs!’

I was treated very fairly.....received excellent value on the trade in and the new truck is flawless as promised. It was also a delivery of my new truck over 600 klicks to add to the challenge. The overall price and trade in was by far superior to anything could local or any place in Ontario. Apparently Dennis Searles feels that ever customer who purchases a part from them is in the industry and knows this information as I was told by the Parts Manager, even if you're a 17 year old boy. The part that he wanted to return was an electrical part that yes had been opened to ensure it was the correct part but was never installed, not that he didn't need the part but because he found the exact part on Amazon a lot cheaper. We also tried to have a conversation with Kevin Searles regarding this matter and was told "I'm not going to entertain this" and hung up on us. Complete garbage Customer service! You would think when you spend $60,000 On a brand new Cadillac (not lease but buy), that they would treat you with the Cadillac experience? Ohh wait not here, anything thats included in your package you better be on the ball and demand it, otherwise they will pretend it doesn't exist. Somehow they have managed to ruin the experience of true service at this place and scheduling here is horrific! Certainly will not be buying my other vehicle from them here this year , or ever again thats forsure! Dont waste your time, go somewhere they appreciate your business!!!!!!!

I had purchased a car and brought it to them for a full checkup. two weeks later as i'm driving the engine coolant light comes on. I had no leaks and the radiator was only half full. No to mention parts they changed that my mechanic told me would have cost me half the price. Total neglect in their part. I wouldn't bring a wheelbarrow there for service. I bet Canadian Tire has better mechanics. No more dealerships for me. Find a good mechanic and save lots of money!!!

After discouraging performances with dealers in 2 counties I made a point to travel extra distance while in Sarnia to try these guys out. My daughter referred me and she travels from Midland to Wallaceburg to do so. We are from Wiarton , neither of us,around the corner. From the time we walked up to the service desk to the time we drove away, the whole interaction was professional, personable, friendly and knowledgeable. The communication during the frustrating problem my vehicle presented was outstanding. As a customer without history in the dealership, I felt important and that my business was valued regardless of the fact my truck was a 2008. Some corrective work to shoddy work by another dealership will be done later and we will drive the 3 1/2 hours because they are worth it! When we buy another vehicle, the same will apply. Robinsons did nothing to help the situation with carfax. Somehow they managed to register, plate and finance the car with a stolen VIN# and then claimed no responsibility.
