Good afternoon,
I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received from Filip Petrovic.
On Monday, March 2, 2026, I dropped off my husband Dave McKee’s 2024 Chevrolet Trailblazer because the engine light had come on. When I arrived, I was greeted by a young man who walked over to the vehicle with me. I showed him a photo of the code that appeared, and he explained that they would still run a full vehicle diagnostic to confirm the issue.
We then returned to his desk, where I asked how much the repair would cost and how long the vehicle would be there. He explained that the vehicle was still under warranty, so there would be no charge. He also let me know the vehicle would likely be there for the day while they confirmed the part was available or ordered one if needed. I then signed the work order.
Before leaving, I asked if the vehicle could be washed, as the last time I had tires and an oil change done it had not been washed. He said that would be fine. He also kindly offered to arrange a shuttle ride home, but I declined because I was going around the corner to the Olive Restaurant for lunch.
Later, Filip Petrovic called to let me know it would be another half hour. The reason for his call was to offer to arrange a drive back to the dealership, but I told him I could simply take an Uber.
When I arrived back at the dealership, Filip greeted me again with a smile and clearly explained what had been done to the vehicle. I thanked him and left.
As I walked around the corner, I saw our vehicle — beautifully and freshly washed.
From start to finish, I truly admired Filip’s work ethic. I felt that he went the extra mile, and I wanted to express my gratitude for the excellent service.
