Ultimately was sold a vehicle that didn't have adaptive cruise (a key feature on it that I required). My fault for not verifying, but when the sales rep explained that the "Gap" button on the steering wheel was to adjust the ACC (which it clearly wasn't), I didn't see a need to confirm. Was told I would be taken care of after the fact, only to be greeted with radio silence and me being the one reaching out for updates. Still waiting for an update or at least some closure. Truly feel like the sale was made, they talked me into the extra coverage and maintenance plan, then they wiped their hands of me. They made their money.

Just had a service done...a downgrade from what I have experienced over the past two years...work order specified set tire pressures to spec...was not done. Times I was given for completion of work were way off. When I got carback I had to adjust rear view mirror, seat, steering wheel...never had to do that before. Shows a lack of attention to detail....not the City of old.

Never purchase from gm . Purchased 350zz6 crate engine from gm in Alberta on Feb of 2024 in 2024 had a few issues and service manager at that time honored the warranty . Seeing the car is 50 years old I store the car in winter and dealership asked me to bring in when weather was nicer . So April 15th of this year I brought vehicle in to get the flywheel replaced and new starter after I was told flywheel wasn't balanced which caused the starter problem. So April comes I bring vehicle in and new service manager refuses to honor warranty ,saying it wasn't done at their shop. This is a shop warranty but a gm warranty so they an obligation to honor it but refused. Called gm canada and I got same answer . This company is terrible for honoring their warranty and strickland is just as bad. It wasn't a mechanic installation problem but a assembly issue . Keep away from gm as they will deny any responsibility. I'm not done with these guys yet and will pursue this issue

why does the service take so long at this dealership? i was in to have my tires mounted and balanced and so far it has taken over 2 hours. the service desk staff said that he would have me in and out quickly and to wait in the lobby. he didn't ask for my phone number so i was stuck there. After 30 minutes he came out and told me the tires were worn and that they should be replaced and then mentioned some other stuff that could also be done. the total would have been over $1000 dollars and i would have had to wait longer for them to bring the tires in from somewhere else. I said I didn't have the time today and have to be at another appointment. After that everything seems to slow down. If they already have my car in the shop and have looked at the tires why does it take another few hours to get the job done? I'm guessing cause i didn't want to pay for anything extra

Late on a Friday, two days prior to my wife’s scheduled heart surgery my Buick developed a coolant leak. I took it into Leggat Chevrolet Cadillac Buick Saturday and David Elliott, Service Manager, took personal charge, asking me to wait while he had the problem diagnosed. The required parts were not available before Monday and the car should not be driven. He arranged a rental car for me, promising to keep me informed; just as my wife’s surgery was complete, I received his text advising my car was ready; I picked up my Buick the next morning and David had the rental car returned for me. I’ve been dealing with Leggat for ten years and will happily continue.

Disappointed with Our Purchase Experience at Falls Chevrolet Buick GMC We recently purchased a 2024 Buick Envision from Falls Chevrolet Buick GMC and, unfortunately, our experience has left us questioning whether we would consider this dealership again for future purchases. Several issues arose during and after the transaction that caused significant concern: - The dealership added VIN Etching and a Vehicle Armor Nitrogen Road Hazard Warranty package to our Bill of Sale without our consent. These charges were only discovered when we received the final Bill of Sale at vehicle pickup. Even more troubling, the Bill of Sale indicated a date of consent that was six days prior to when any purchase decision had been made. - There was an unexplained difference of approximately 175 kilometers between the vehicle's actual odometer reading at delivery and the mileage documented across all official paperwork—including the purchase agreement, extended warranty, and financing documents. - The remaining balance from our previous lease was initially added to the new vehicle's Bill of Sale and taxed. While the lease balance was removed to be paid at time of delivery, the sales tax from that erroneous charge remained and was incorporated into the financed total—resulting in an inflated vehicle cost. - Key services such as the vehicle warranty, XM Radio, and OnStar data were activated 10 days before we even picked up the vehicle. This reduced the duration of services we were expecting from the date of delivery. These cumulative issues reflect a lack of transparency and care in the handling of our purchase. We brought these concerns to the dealership's attention, but the way they were addressed has left us disappointed and wary of engaging with them again in the future. We hope others take this into account when considering where to purchase their next vehicle. Transparency and trust are essential—and unfortunately, we felt both were lacking in this recent experience.
