Bad business - very disappointed - john
I bought my car through this dealer and my car is still under warranty, so I brought my car in to them because it fails to start in the morning. I now regretted that I did.
I came in the morning with three problems with the car. When I came to pick my car in the afternoon, for the problem that is still under warranty, they told me they don't have the parts and asked me to come back next time; for the problem that is not under warranty, they just did it and charged me without giving me a quote beforehand even though I specificially told them in the morning to give me a quote for any job that is not under warranty so I could decide to fix through them or not; and for the problem that is probably covered under warranty (engine problem), they said they could not find the problem and charged me for the labor they spent not discovering the issue. Wow! I should quit my job and join this industry! Hillcrest, do you still accept resumes?
