2018 Ford Escape Sel I had lights in my gear shifter for 3 and 1/2 years took it into dealer they said I Never had them or any 2018 models wish I could show you picture of it lit up from another Ford Dealership on a 2018 escape !!!

Brought car for a recall, in process they ask if they can go forward rectifying some issues in my car, parts and labour prices were almost the same. Decided to skip their service. When I came to pick my car wheels were not fixed well which pose a great risk to drive, why do you have to put someone in danger
