Booked an appointment because my ac was struggling when the temperatures were in the mid to high 20's. Arrived at service desk and was informed it would cost $400.00 to diagnosed the problem to see what was required to fix. I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty when I purchased the vehicle. So what seems to be happening is you buy extended warranty but end up paying for the repair in diagnostics work. What a scam.

Well I will never buy from any Bruce dealership ever again. I bought a new 2023 Tucson hybrid with moon roof. With less than 20000 kilometers on it the front section of sun roof broke while sitting in driveway. Went to Bruce and service department said they had never seen this before. With out any help they hurried us out. Went down to the speedy auto glass and the guy said I just replaced one on the same car as yours and Bruce Hyundai knows all about it. So I go back to Bruce Hyundai and talk to the salesman who sold me the car. He admits they know it's an issue but Hyundai Canada won't fix it. So the service department just flat out lied to me. They wouldn't help me at all. I called the parts department for three days to order the glass they wouldn't even answer my call or return my message. I had to stop in to order.this is the worst dealership I've ever seen. I bought my first new car from the original Bruce in Middletown. That was back in 1991. My dad bought all his car's there from the same salesman his whole life. Bruce Hyundai should be ashamed of their business. I traded that Tucson for a Honda CRV hybrid and couldn't be happier. Had a great experience at Kings Honda and would encourage people to spend a little extra and buy a Honda from them. It's really a superior vehicle. Don't trust Bruce Hyundai as soon as they sell the car they won't help you.
