Booked an appointment because my ac was struggling when the temperatures were in the mid to high 20's. Arrived at service desk and was informed it would cost $400.00 to diagnosed the problem to see what was required to fix. I purchased the extended bumper to bumper warranty when I purchased the vehicle. So what seems to be happening is you buy extended warranty but end up paying for the repair in diagnostics work. What a scam.

Second time going for service here. I was VERY unhappy about the service the first time in regard to the free car wash. It was nothing but a shammy that smears dirt around and scratches paint. Not impressive on a 6 month old vehicle. We returned for a service 2 today snd put in the booking-NO CAR WASH. Today picked up our pali & was very clean vehicle to start with a ton of large smears all over the doors/windows etc- very obviously from leaning on the vehicle. The drivers seat had a large crease in the side from the way someone was sitting on it and the passenger seat was basically laying down. Another big greasy lean mark on the passenger window & door. When asked about it the female ringing in shrugged. Served cec2 was suppose to be $187 and cost us $310. Will not be returning! Dealer service makes a return customer-you lost this one. xxxx poor company- no wonder we drove to NB to purchase.

I have a warranty repair issue and waited 18 months for any service. During this period I went through 2 different service managers (first one fired) to find the second no better. I was sent for a paint job twice which wasn’t the issue, parts not ordered, calls never returned. When I finally left a message to speak to the dealerships owner I got a call from the Service manager later that day advising parts were ordered and would be installed in a week. I refused the service as I don’t trust her competency at all and advised that I would complete all my service with another dealership. So disappointing as I bought my vehicle there hoping to have local service instead on having to travel .
