I really appreciated the opportunity to do business with Abbas. He made a stressful situation much more pleasurable and we felt comfortable sharing with him the horrendous accident that brought us looking for a new car. Because we hadn't anticipated being in the market for a new car, we were not sure of the type of vehicle were wanted. With Abbas, we were able to sift out what our requirements were and he spent the better part of a day showing us vehicles and eventually helped us narrow down to the one we eventually leased.
