We wanted a 2025 Nissan Kicks. - robertl.wilson
We wanted a 2025 Nissan Kicks. They never gave us a quote and kept pushing the 2024 Kicks at us.They gave us two quotes. One on the Kicks S and one on the SV model. They said it was their choice to do this as they wanted the 2024 vehicles gone from the lot. Next, he asked if we wanted a Security Protection, no price mentioned. It was explained as etching on the windows and safer for us as a thief would not want to steal the car with this protection. I did not ask the price, my bad, and agreed to it. It was $430.00 extra. On a fixed income, that can hurt. The invoice contained an Atlantic Value Pkg. This consisted of lock nuts, and a cheap set of mats and a protection for the 3M screen in the car. Wow, not impressed at the cost of this at $599.00. After almost three hours later, my husband signed the paper. more or less to get rid of them. My name was not even on the $29,000. invoice, even though my name is on the ownership. We were not a happy customer at all.
The next day, they called to say the car was ready.
I went up and had to wait an hour plus later, for them to put gas and a temporary permit in the car.
I asked about a return policy if we are not happy with our purchase, and they said it was only on used cars, which was very annoying to me.
Overall, we are not pleased with the service we received, and certainly not happy with the 2024 Kicks.
I will not be recommending this dealership to anyone I know as they did not give us what we wanted in the first place.
