The sales process was very professional and everything went smoothly with the exception of a problem with vehicle pickup. Unfortunately the car was damaged on the lot and not noted. We did inspect and found the damage. The dealership did take responsibility and assured us it would be fixed. Sadly it was not fixed entirely the first time and we are now back a second time. The joy of a new car was diminished for my senior mother.

We have went to this dealership for our last 3 vehicles. After having lost our 2023 Explorer we went and seen our sales person Terry Cavadini. His expertise and care to the customer cannot be over expressed. We will always go to this dealership for our vehicles. The Explorer saved my families life. We are now the proud owners of a 2026 Explorer.
