Worst customer service to deal with, their service assoiate "Sara" all of the time rude and not helpful and when you ask to transfer the call to someone else or to her manager, she hanged the call while talking to her.
Her manager "Justin", polite but not helpful.
They charged me $300 just ro diagnose a blind spot error in my Toyota, and after that they wants to charge around $3000 to fix it.
And when I asked why $300 they said cause is the technician took 2 hours to dignose it!!!
So if you 3 different issue, every issue take 2 hours to dignose they will charge you $1200 for dignose only.
And when I told "Justin" that he said this is how they make work, when asked if the technician take less than an hour to dignose are you return the part of $150, I did not have reply!!!
They depend in Toyota reputation and the long line for waiting orders and they treat customers very bad.
I canceled 2 sales orders, I put for more than a year with them due to this horrible experience, I know I lost my turn in Toyota long delivery list, but it is better to me than dealing with them.
I really do not recommend, I prefer driving an hour to another dealership rather than deal with them again.
