I had an issue with my Kia Soul 2020 that seemed to come out of the blue and I had it towed to the dealership. Chris McIsaac was the one to handle my file and kept me up to date with everything that was going on. He even handled my incessant calling when I did not hear any updates with politeness and courtesy, completely understanding how panicked I was and where I was coming from. It turned out to be a warranty issue and there were missteps on my part that caused the issue to get complicated. Chris was there with me the whole time, kept the communication going, and kept rallying and advocating for me. I really appreciate him and would not have been able to go the two months without my vehicle without him and his support. You have an amazing employee with great customer service and I hope that this is recognized.

The service department tried to charge me $2000 because I needed a MVI. Said I needed new front and rear breaks and rotors replaced. I told them I had my front breaks done last year and they still insisted they needed to be done. I said no thank you and took it to another service center and they only charged me $650. Said the front breaks still had 8mm which is over 6mm more than I needed to pass inspection. It's a shame because I had great service from the finance team. DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR SERVICING!! It's a rip off.

Bought a used 2017 Ford Escape SE. Had the vehicle for 6 weeks and the paint starts peeling off. Asked if there was anything they could do to help and basically got told to try contacting ford myself... Maybe They do better with there own cars. Great people though! And free coffee.

I'm just getting ready to trade my second Kia. First was a Rondo, which was a bit small for trips to Florida, but great for local transport. This one is a Sorento which now is too big for us as we have sold the house and downsized into an apartment. My wife drives the 2010 Elantra. We are both retired now so can make do with one car. I've had no complaints about this dealership-- they see me coming and everything gets done. They are my first choice for next car.

I bought my vehicle new at this dealership, kept up my warrenty checks as specified. This dealership did not check my car as they stated as I found out the hard way that my brakes needed replacement and they never checked or replaced as needed. Had to make an emergency visit to another Kia dealership who had to do a major brake job when I was travelling. This kind of thing should never happen.
