Bought a used SUV from them. - nothappy

Bought a used SUV from them. Worst decision I have made in a while. Lied about it being inspected, as is provable by the fact that when it was traded in they noted the cracked exhaust, engine light and issue with shifter. Now they think I should pay for it. Sadly for them they accidentally gave me the paperwork that proves they lied while stumbling around trying to find me the inspection certificate that they failed to provide. Two of the 4 they eventually gave me have my vehicle info but don't match the date on my sticker. Three other shops have given me written proof that this vehicle would not have passed an inspection. I also got sold a couple of warranties that as it turns out the vehicle doesn't qualify for. So I am out a bunch for those as well. I spent a pile of money on a vehicle that wasn't even close to roadworthy. Since I am the idiot that bought it I will pay to fix it, but it won't be done at their shop and everyone I speak to will know. This dealership as a whole proves why car salesmen have such a bad reputation. I would give them zero stars if I could.

My car developed a skip on the way to Yarmouth while I was on vacation. I drove straight to the dealership & they took me right in. I was staying in Bedford so they found the last rental vehicle in Yarmouth, located & ordered the parts. I arrived back the next day shortly after 3:00pm, the parts had just arrived 5 minutes before me. The smiles were all around. The car was repaired & I was back on the road @ 4:00pm. The car has never sounded better. Thanks to all the guys who did whatever it took to get me back on my way home to Ontario. They went above & beyond.

Always found them very helpful here. I have bought my last 3 new trucks here and am currently looking for another new one from here. The owner Shaun MacIntyre has always been absolutely great to deal with along with all the staff. I have read some bad ratings but can only speak to the service I have received. It's a local business and I support them!
