I purchased a 2016 Lincoln MKZ from this dealership, and on both occasions, a serious gas leak was discovered before I even left the lot. Despite promises to repair it, the dealership has failed multiple times and even issued illegal MVIs while the vehicle was unsafe. I was forced to accept a rental vehicle chosen by the dealership, with no input on what I would drive, while they attempt to fix a car that should never have been sold in this condition. Requests for service records and proper documentation and they didnt explain anything. This experience demonstrates negligence, unsafe practices, and poor customer care. I cannot recommend this dealership.

My car developed a skip on the way to Yarmouth while I was on vacation. I drove straight to the dealership & they took me right in. I was staying in Bedford so they found the last rental vehicle in Yarmouth, located & ordered the parts. I arrived back the next day shortly after 3:00pm, the parts had just arrived 5 minutes before me. The smiles were all around. The car was repaired & I was back on the road @ 4:00pm. The car has never sounded better. Thanks to all the guys who did whatever it took to get me back on my way home to Ontario. They went above & beyond.

The owner Shaun MacIntyre has always been absolutely great to deal with along with all the staff. I have read some bad ratings but can only speak to the service I have received. It's a local business and I support them!
