We have had a multitude of issues with our 2021 F-150 - Paul MacLean

We have had a multitude of issues with our 2021 F-150 which is still under (premium) warranty. The customer service is the worst we have ever encountered. I was shocked at how incredibly rude the staff is. This is our 5th F-150 and while we like the truck we will not buy another FORD solely because of how they treat their customers requiring service.

I had issues with the paint flaking on my hood because it - jtcourtney236

I had issues with the paint flaking on my hood because it was contaminated prior to painting The manager Sean said it was because of the wipers when its obvious it wasnt. Not a mark on the wiper mounts at all. He couldn't explain how it was the wipers because it was impossible so he said they would fix it anyways. It was painted in June and is now September and its flaking again. Same spot as before. ( obviously its contaminated, wipers didnt touch the hood all summer or ever) so the used car dealer Sean, refuses to let me take my vehicle back there to even look at it. This worm would try and sell you snake oil. Totally unprofessional. I would highly recommend avoiding this dealership as they have no morals, values or sense of customer concerns. I'll never buy a vehicle from them again. Good job Sean

I bought a 2016 Subaru Impreza from them. Eric was great. Extremely helpful. No pressure. Accommodated a couple of requests I had. The rest of the staff were also really good to deal with. I highly recommend them. Honest, reliable, and helpful.

We recently purchased a next to new truck at Mosher's - Jack

We recently purchased a next to new truck at Mosher's Ford. Most of our communication was by phone and text, but I can tell you that I've purchased many vehicles in the past but the courteous, friendly timely service I received at this delearship was second to none. Thank you Casey and staff for a most pleasant, satisfying experience and for going the extra mile with our requests. A+

We had excellent service when we bought our F150. - p.johnson

We had excellent service when we bought our F150. Mr Holland was very professional and he made us feel relaxed and was very patient with us old folks. The manager was super, gave us a deal that we couldn't resist. Thank you very much. We shall probably exchange our subaru in the future for a ford .
