I have only purchased two new vehicles in my life. Both which were purchased at Steele Ford. Was referred to my sales consultant George Smith by the advisor Steve Mavon and concluded the sales process with Doug Kiley without any issues. George mentioned I could call anytime post purchase if there are any more questions with the vehicle in relation to figuring out the technology the new vehicles come with. I have frequented this locations helpful parts department also when needing some parts for some other vehicles without issue.

Please buy somewhere else. The service is great but they have no soul. They sold a 70000 car to an obviously mentally ill relative who can't afford it and have no qualms about it. Of course they were nice while selling the vehicle but no heart afterwards. If you have any concern about mental health issues please buy somewhere else.

I was a long time customer with this dealership. I looked at this place like they were family but unfortunately they have really gone downhill. As for the sales manager Jamie he's arrogant, it's all about the money he will tell you anything to sign on the dotted line and than try to strong-arm you to not buy anywhere else. If you deal with this place make sure any deals you get are in writing or it never happened. I leased from this place for over 7 years more than $84,000 paid to highland in that time and not 1 payment was ever reported to the credit bureau. This is intentional so that the person leasing never reaps the rewards of on time fulfilled payments to help build credit history for future endeavours. This dealer will intentionally not work with other dealers in town to stop a sale even if they don't have a vehicle to sell you. Take my advice don't get screwed go Northside

Friendly but extremely slow. Took over 1hrs for tire change. Next time, took over 1.5 hrs for a simple oil change! Won’t be back to this dealership!

i delt with dennis milton when i was looking for a new car and he was a great guy to deal with, the people in service are great also.then i went to see wha they would do about the tires on the car because i only got around 20000 kms on them and they where shot and i have all the paperwork to prove that they were off in the winter so i did every thing they asked me to do and 6 months later after it all started and john rowe didnt want to do any thing because i still say he forgot about me i was handed off to i think his name was andrew i got an answer in about 2 weeks from him and they would not do any thing. like i said in the beginning i will buy another car from dennis, he was great to deal with.

Found my vehicle on-line and to be competitively priced in comparison to other similar vehicles in Nova Scotia and Southern New Brunswick. The deal came down to the higher price I received for the car I traded compared to other dealers.. Staff was courteous and professional.
