My letter to Audi Halifax The Q7 is currently at Audi Hamilton. We can confirm that Steele Auto has been fraudulent with regards to defects, repairs and the information not provided during the sales process. The sunroof which you wanted to charge us for was already inspected at Audi Hamilton at the regular service inspection interval. This information was available to you and you chose to deliberately try to scam us for repairs that are covered under warranty. The sunroof has been fixed under warranty. The vehicle was also used as a rental and that was not disclosed even though you could have found this information had you bothered to contact Audi Hamilton. That is illegal across Canada - full disclosure is required. Audi Hamilton also stated that at the auction your salesman continued to push up the bidding surpassing the value of the Q7 in order to make us pay more for the vehicle which is valued much less than the $55,000 you charged me for. They test drove the Q7 and confirmed a proper wheel alignment was not possible and after 4 hours of trying to align it and trying 3 different sets of tires admitted the car's integrity is in question. The trim on the car has to be removed and re-positioned as your mechanics didn't bother to properly re-install the trim. They confirmed the speakers are not functioning properly and were going to order 5 new speakers but decided there are too many issues and are going to put us into new Audi. We have complained to you about all these issues since day one yet you decided we weren't worth the trouble to properly address these serious issues. The fact that we were forced to travel 2000 kms to Hamilton and eventually 2000 kms back to Nova Scotia to have the Q7 fixed is inexplicable and absolutely uncalled for. The amount of grief and stress you have caused us for absolutely no reason has a value. We can prove everything stated and Steele Auto Group does not deserve to have a license to sell vehicles. Does it not bother you that Steele VW and Steele Audi have some of the worst ratings in Canada? Take a look at the dealers in Ontario as an example and your 4,3 Google rating is atrocious. Your dealerships seem to have a pattern of deceit and very unsatisfied customers. Audi Hamilton is the opposite and has built a very loyal customer base because they treat customers well. You do until the sale is made then take a turn. All of you should be ashamed of yourselves having put a family with a 5 year boy at risk of an accident and causing undue stress by using fraud and deception without guilt.
