The Steele auto group at this dealership sold me a vehicle with aluminum tires which had just been put on. They delivered it 300 km without tightening the lug nuts, did not give me any indication that this was required after 100 km. Due to this issue my lug nuts loosened to the point it was dangerous to me and likely caused damage to the car. The brand new brakes they had put on for me were warped and had to be replaced in less than 2 months of owning the vehicle. I have had many other issues with this rig in the interim. Once the dealership sold me this they wiped their hands of me and have been unhelpful since. This was a certified rig with 80k on it when I bought it. Not inexpensive. Poor service and don't stand behind what they sell. While this isn't as important, I paid to have this car delivered to my home, they brought it to me on empty after a hefty fee and refused to fill it up.

I purchased a new Toyota, based on quality and serviceability. Both are a total disappointment. I had issues with the vehicle with less that 1000K on it (should of been a clue). Now with 60K they had to order A/C parts, I have been waiting for3 months, or should I say summer months for the parts, and still no resolve. Strange they can still make vehicles with A/C.
