I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership - Olena Sazonova

I bought a used 2017 Hyundai Tucson from this dealership less than a year ago. I drove only 10,000 km, and now the engine needs to be replaced due to oil burning and internal damage. The estimated cost of repair was over $7,500. I submitted a warranty review request to Hyundai Canada, but it was denied. No goodwill compensation or support was offered, even though the car was purchased from this dealership and failed after such a short time. This experience has been very frustrating. I trusted a certified Hyundai dealer hoping for peace of mind — instead, I’m left with a major repair bill and no support. I cannot recommend this dealership to others.

They actually send you a video of your vehicle showing any problems it may have, and do not complete any repairs unless you approve them. There is no shady business at their Service Department.
