Obviously in the past 2 years their customer service has plummeted. Bought a F150 in Ottawa but took it to Cabot for service. 5 months later, can’t even get them to return a call regarding a warranty claim. Doesn’t matter if you call or stop in, they seem intent on disregarding your claim. They expect you to do the warranty’s leg work for them, as if you work for them. Would NEVER consider purchasing a new vehicle from them.
