I brought my car to Capital Hyundai on January 15, and after just one day, they sent me an invoice and told me the new part would arrive by January 28, so I should have my car back by January 29. Well, it’s now February 5, and I still don’t have my car.
Nobody has given me a proper explanation—just the same vague response: “We hope we get the part, and we will let you know.” That’s it. No updates, no actual timeline, nothing. And on top of that, they never offered me anything—no rental, no courtesy car, not even a simple apology for the delay.
Now, I can’t even get a proper response. Calls go unanswered, and I have no idea when (or if) I’ll actually get my car back. This is beyond frustrating and completely unprofessional. If you need reliable service, do yourself a favor and take your car somewhere else.
