Oil Change Bit Long - Chris

Took it in for an oil change. Asked it back by lunch which they almost accomodated but still messed up my whole schedule. A simple oil change service should not have me without my car for five hours. They cited how busy they were but I would prefer be booked on another day when they're not as busy. Or even ask me to bring it in after lunch and do it from 1:30-5 rather than drop it off at 8:30 and not have a car until 2.
