I purchased a 2022 Cadillac xt5 it cost me over $ 54000.00 there is a windshield wiper mark over 75% of the windshield, I called the salesman. I dealt with John Nelder to ask him if could they do something with the windshield. He said they could not help me, I mentioned to him that I had 30 days to return the Cadillac he said in a rude tone to bring it back right now, your old one is still here. He said why are you calling me and threatening me, I said I'm only stating your 30 day return policy. Over the past 20 years I had bought over 20 cars from Hickman's, After this rude experience with this salesman, I've decided that will never buy another Cadillac from Hickmans. James B

This dealer sold me a new car last summer at sticker price on a 4 year financing term. It was agreed that he'd sweeten the deal with a set of winter tires, a $250 accessories credit, and extended warranty. I got all of this in writing on his quote. He sent me home happy enough, saying I should come back in a week for the tires (they were on order) and to pick out some accessories. When I did, he claimed not to remember me and then he claimed that he made no-such-deal. When I showed him and the manager his quote, both of them claimed that I forged it. Needless to say, don't go here.

Service Manager, Mr Robert Matthews, is the best man I ever dealt with for getting the problems with my vehicle, in the door, repaired and out the door in a extremely efficient manner, and his front desk people, Jessica and Kerri, cannot do enough to make sure your service appointments and needs are looked after, in a very professional and friendly manner. As of now, today, I’m planning on trading one of my vehicles in next summer and I will definetely be going to this dealership first, to see what they can offer.
