I purchased a 2022 Cadillac xt5 it cost me over $ 54000.00 there is a windshield wiper mark over 75% of the windshield, I called the salesman. I dealt with John Nelder to ask him if could they do something with the windshield. He said they could not help me, I mentioned to him that I had 30 days to return the Cadillac he said in a rude tone to bring it back right now, your old one is still here. He said why are you calling me and threatening me, I said I'm only stating your 30 day return policy. Over the past 20 years I had bought over 20 cars from Hickman's, After this rude experience with this salesman, I've decided that will never buy another Cadillac from Hickmans. James B
