I have tried contacting the service department 5 times - xawig95766

I have tried contacting the service department 5 times over the phone in the last 2 hours and nobody has answered. They are seriously understaffed or clearly don't give a xxxx about customer service. You should implement a waiting queue over the phone at the very least so customers don't have to keep calling back. You have officially lost me as a customer and I will take my Subaru elsewhere.
