Tried to sell me a $5000 transmission for what was a $500 part that I told them to check. The factory trained guy didnt want to investigate just replace.

The direction and attention to detail for a problem that I had with my truck was dealt with fast and below my anticipated budget expectation. To have the problem removed and at a lower cost would be good reasons for posting this, but most important was the manner that Clark personnel had dealt with an out of province customer. We had never dealt with CYV and unfortunately we could not get in to where we are use to frequenting with our vehicle. I was in a panic and called to see if I could get in. After I had been transferred at least 3 times i dont think the receptionist was exactly sure what i wanted I finally got to speak with someone. She was very kind and professional and did her best to fit us in at an appropriate time. I believe we dealt with the manager when we got there. Very nice man as well. I think her name was leeanne. Monday January 21, Moncton was coated with inches of ice. Where I live all cars must be moved from the parking lot by 11 am so snow removal can be done. I started my car remotely twice between 10am-11 am to try to melt the ice to enable me to get into my car. I could not get the doors open or car started again. After hours of failing I called Lounsbury's service center around 3 pm to ask for help. Within 10 minutes 2 gentlemen arrived they opened doors, started car, cleared ice and moved the car to make sure that the tires were not stuck in the ice. Within 10 minutes they were done and NO CHARGE!!! I was floored. I told them that I had no idea that they did that. I was told "anytime". WOW I have always talked about how pleased I am with the great service I receive from Lounsbury's Furniture and Lounsbury's Auto. The service is beyond anything that I have ever heard of. I will continue to spread the word about my great experiences with them.

We had a hitch installed on my chevy bolt there this week and the service was impeccable. After I emailed them last week to inquire if they could do it, David messaged me back the very same day and booked me in quickly! Very accommodating, great service, and they did an amazing job! 10/10 recommend. It’s a little bit of a drive from Moncton but totally worth it
