Very welcoming when I showed up service was done fast and on time. It’s nice that the service department is open longer hours it gives the working person more flexibility

We had never dealt with CYV and unfortunately we could not get in to where we are use to frequenting with our vehicle. I was in a panic and called to see if I could get in. After I had been transferred at least 3 times i dont think the receptionist was exactly sure what i wanted I finally got to speak with someone. She was very kind and professional and did her best to fit us in at an appropriate time. I believe we dealt with the manager when we got there. Very nice man as well. I think her name was leeanne. Thank you

Excellent Service - Delighted

Not sure the names of the people I dealt with. While filling my gas tank at a gas station, a clerk advised me he had noticed a front lamp out on left side of the truck. Being from out of Province, I had noticed O'Leary Buick GMC on our travels so without an appointment I drove in and was immediately greeted, My request to have a lamp replaced was completed immediately and I was so very pleased with the fast, efficient service. I was in and out in less than an hour. Excellent service!!
