I had a very bad experience buying a new CR-V from this dealer. They were extremely inflexible with every single request I made, denying them all, regardless of how reasonable they were. I decided to buy anyway but when I went to pick up my new vehicle it was extremely dirty and the sales guy chuckled about it and didn't even offer to clean it before I took delivery of it. I had to drive my brand new vehicle off the lot covered in bird crap and go home and wash it myself. When I first sat in it there was already almost 100 kms on it, which they claimed was for the PDI. No PDI should take upwards of 100 kms to complete! I'm pretty sure someone used my new vehicle before I took delivery of it. When I complained to the dealership about all of this I was told that I was treated fairly and if I needed anything in the future to let them know. 🤦‍♂️ I will definitely NOT be giving any more business to them!
