Have to book several weeks in advance for a simple oil - handyman_r3r

Have to book several weeks in advance for a simple oil change. Then had to Waite 2 hours only after I had to ask them to speed it up, and then they did not wash the car as there supposed to. This was a booked appointment not a walk in. Having to pay $180 for an oil change is robbery.

Bought a new Forester in the fall of 2022. - Unhappy subaru customer

Bought a new Forester in the fall of 2022. Very disappointed in the quality of the vehicle with less than 17000kms. Block heater was not functioning, sway bar bushings have failed, subaru starlink unit had to be replaced (requiring several visits) and now the tailgate is rusting. Both the dealership and subaru canada have refused to deal with this issue. I have always owned Toyotas and Hondas and have never had this many issues, or rust of any kind. Very disappointed with the quality of the vehicle and the dealership/warranty even though they claim its a fantastic and comprehensive warranty.
