Was loyal to this dealership for years for purchases and service. However this year the service department has become incredibly dishonest and duplicitous, at least one of the advisors and the manager. One of the service advisors and the manager seem to consistently lie to customers and yell and scream when caught in their lies. They also seem to have a scheme going to trap customers into increased expenditures. If you buy a car from here, go anywhere else for service.
